Pasa traditional house by the sea and close to Pasas beach

The location of our house is in the "Pasa" area, after the village called "Nikiana". Just 3 minutes walking from the beach is the perfect destination if you desire relaxation and tranquility for your holidays.
There are 2 bedrooms in the house with a double bed each. In the living room there is a sofa that turns into a double bed too. Furthermore, in the house's attic there is a single bed. (The attic has a low ceiling and requires attention).
The house is situated in between the villages "Nikiana" and "Perigiali" where you can find super markets, taverns, cafeterias and pharmacies. Close to the house there are 3 other houses of close relatives and in 200 meters there is a restaurant.
The house is 20 minutes from Lefkas town and 5 minues from the village "Nidri" by car. Right in front of it there is also a bus station. There is frequent bus service in summer time.

Cancellation policy
Strict
For a full refund of the cost of the stay, cancellation must be made within 48 hours of booking and if the arrival date is at least 14 days. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival.
Deposit 40% with booking. All amount on arrival.
