INDOORS:
All interior at the Ionian Pearl feature large sliding glass doors that open to the oversized private terraces. With doors open, the living space nearly doubles and the rooms are bathed in a warm air or cool starlight.
From every room and from the peaceful refuge of your own luxury bedroom, you’ll take in the stunning skyline and bustling Mountains of the Mainland Greece.

OUTDOORS:
Outdoors of Ionian Pearl is an area of about 500 m² consisting of swimming pool with private large sunny patio, garden, BBQ and sitting area; plus many oversized terraces with glass railings to enhance stunning views of the sea and mountain. On the terrace of room ALPHA there is an outdoor hot bath Jacuzzi which offered for an additional rate and is optional.
Breathing fresh sea air, enjoying this lush space, a soothing environment settled in Corfiot landscape, will guarantee unforgettable experience.
A refreshing retreat, villa’s private pool offers an indulgent and re-energizing escape. Designed for pampering, discrete haven provide ultimate seclusion. You can kick back, listen to relaxing ambient sounds and sample some of our revitalizing spa offerings.

PAYMENT TERMS:
30% upon booking, 75% balance required upon arrival, preferably in cash.
Refunds of deposit can be given for cancellations if Villa is re-booked.
A €500 returnable deposit is payable at arrival as security deposit.
Additional person charges: Additional nightly fee of EUR 25 per person applies for more than 8 persons.
* Use of the hot bath Jacuzzi located on the terrace of room A, is charged extra for 175.00 EUR per week. Please notify us, prior your arrival, if you intend to use it.
