Located on the first and second floors of the building.

This is a larger studio and was originally designed for a family, but since our change in policy it appeals to, and is frequently booked by couples who prefer more space. It also can be used as a triple guest studio. The sofa bed can accommodate one or two extra guests, but please be aware that more guests mean space will be limited. With this in mind, whether you are a family, (with children over 10 years old), friends or a couple, this studio will meet all your needs. These studios are positioned on the side of the building and have a sea view from the narrow side of the larger, furnished balcony

There is a separate bedroom with a king size bed and flat screen TV. In the living area is the sofa bed, there is also a flat screen TV here. Extra wardrobe space has been incorporated into the design of the living area. The bathroom is a compact but functional wet room. The property has been built into the natural slope of the landscape and the first floor side sea view studios are both accessible without having to climb any stairs. The studios on this level also benefit from electronic roller shutters.
Payment Terms
For us to verify a booking we ask for a small deposit payment. (please check : “Cancellation charges” on terms & conditions page) or a non show. There might be asked for a credit card pre-authorization which we will be performed anytime prior your arrival. The balance is preferable in cash prior your departure.

Cancellation Policy
above 90 days prior to arrival: 0% cancellation fee
30-89 days prior to arrival : 30% cancellation fee
15-29 days prior to arrival : 50% cancellation fee
14 days or less prior to arrival – Non-Show – earlier departures: 100% cancellation fee
Any cancellation will be treated with love.
