Villa Petalouda is set within beautiful grounds around the property offering outside eating area, superb sea views and a large infinity pool and is an exceptional residence with luxurious accommodation arranged all on one level, excellent for one or two families. The Villa also has the benefit of its own secure parking.

The Villa has two open plan living rooms/dining rooms with 2 kitchens, also has 2 bathrooms that caters for 3 bedrooms. The living rooms have a double & king size sofa beds. Your stay includes fresh laundry/ towels and cleaning of the villa in the week.

We can accommodate your arrangements by having two single beds in each bedroom (if preferred). Each bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, a large window and fully are air-conditioned.

Each of the 2 Living rooms are fitted with patio doors that open up to the extensive terrace area that is ideal for “al fresco” dining. The infinity pool and the terraces offer magnificent views over the Ionian Sea.

Each sitting area is tastefully furnished, the open plan dining areas have dining tables for 8 guests and 4 guests. Each kitchen area benefits from having an oven/ hob, fridge-freezer, toaster/sandwich toaster and fully equipped utensils, the larger kitchen has a microwave.

In the pool terrace there is the Pergola,(seats 8 people) that enables the guests to enjoy eating al fresco during daytime, early sunrise breakfast in the morning, not to be missed! equally the area offers evening dining at the BBQ.

The house manager is available on the Island to make guests feel at home to relax and offer further support if required. We want everyone that stays at Villa Petalouda to have a fantastic holiday experience.. Our aim is to welcome holiday makers with a warm hospitable Greek welcome that ensures you want to come back to us every year!

The Villa is an ideal Family destination (large enough for 2 families), offering a unique experience for those wanting a slower pace of Life and meaningful, memory-filled holiday to remember.

The owners can only accept reservations from people aged 18 or older. The renter should be aged 18 or older and should be present during the stay. Bookings are only definite after receipt of our booking form and receipt of required deposit payment of 30%. The booking form must be checked for accuracy immediately. By booking a villa here at Villa Petaloúda means that you have agreed and accepted these Terms and conditions.

Payments
To confirm a booking we require 30% deposit (non-refundable) which is due after receipt of our booking confirmation which will be sent by email. Balance payment is due minimum of 21 days before arrival. Total payment is required for bookings made within 21 days prior to arrival. Above mentioned payment should be settled by PayPal or credit/debit card.

Cancellations Policy
For cancellations made greater than 21 days prior to arrival 50% of the total amount will be charged (-2.5% credit card expenses in case you paid with credit card.
For cancellations made less than 21 days prior to arrival 100% of the total amount will be charged. (-2.5% credit card expenses in case you paid with credit card.
If there is a No-show or early departure: total price of the reservation will be charged.
On the rare occasion, we may need to cancel your booking. In such circumstances you will be given a full refund but we shall have no further liability to you arising out of such cancellation. We will however try and re-locate any confirmed booking cancelled by us to an alternative date.

Breakage Policy
Accidents do happen and we remind our guests that any accidental damage to our property whilst they are on holiday with us will need to be paid for. If unfortunately, after your stay there is some damage, details of the damage will be supplied including photos of the property before and after your stay for reference.

Check-in / Check-out Time
Guests may check-in from 14.00 - 18.00 (this may be flexible). On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to leave their villas at 11.00 am

Swimming
The Swimming pool may be used only during your stay and at your own risk. It is advisable not to use the swimming pool at night, the owners do not accept any liability if guests choose to use the pool at their own risk at night or under the influence of alcohol. Please do not use inflatables (especially Lilos) in the pool due to the height of the wall surrounding pool. We ask that due attention & care is upheld with supervision of children at all times in the pool.
All children (under 12 years of age) staying at Villa Petaloúda are allowed to use the swimming pool only under supervision of an adult, (this includes adolescents 13 to 17 years of age, under that supervision as well) Parent and our guardians must ensure that children who cannot swim are wearing water wings or lifejackets. In addition an adult should always remain in close proximity to the child. Diving is not allowed in the swimming pool due to depth of the pool.
We advise that you use plastic glassware (that we provide in wicker basket in view room)whilst on terrace & at the pool. We cannot accept liability of use of glassware in the exterior of the villa.

Pets
Pets are not allowed to stay at the Villa.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa living spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms or kitchen areas.

Force Majeure
If the booking is completely or partially hindered through circumstances beyond our control, this will be considered a force majeure. This includes the threat of war, flood, earthquake, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, other acts of God, fire, and failure of electric power, gas, water, plant machinery, computer or any collapse of building structures.

Liability
The owners, employees and their agents do not accept any responsibility for the following:
Theft, loss, damage or personal injury incurred of any nature whatsoever during or as a result of staying at Villa Petaloúda. Our clients must leave the villas clean and in good order and will be held responsible for any damage, loss or breakages. The costs of additional expenses will be payable by client.

Governing Law
The contract between the owners and you is governed by the Law of Greece. Any dispute that arises between the owners and our client will be dealt with by the Courts of Greece.
