Captain Alex Villa 1 located in the bustling resort of Dassia

Captain Alex Villa 1 is equipped with 5 bedrooms. On the second floor there is the master
double bedroom, 2 more bedrooms on first floor which can be used both as double beds or
two single beds (however the client needs), and on the ground floor there are also 2 double
bedrooms. Every bedroom is fully air-conditioned, and has access to free wifi and satellite
full hd tv (with foreign multilingual channel: English, Italian, Russian, Arabian etc).

The villa has also 4 bathrooms & 1 wc room (1 bathroom on the second floor, 1 bathroom
(internal jacuzzi inside) & 1 wc on the first floor, and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor.
The villa has 2 living rooms with big Smart Televisions: the main living room on the first floor and another spacious living room on the ground floor. As far as kitchens are concerned, a fully equipped kitchen is on the first floor and a smaller but fully equipped kitchen is also on the ground floor (dishwashers included on both kitchens plus all other modern amenities).
On the ground floor there is also a sauna & hydromassage room, and a modern gym room
(it has trench, bike, cross-trainer, ping-pong table and mini soccer table, along with a bench
and dumbbells).

Every room is fully air-conditioned, and has access to free wifi and satellite full hd tv (with
foreign multilingual channel: English, Italian, Russian, Arabian etc).
On the exterior of the villa, there is a spacious area with olive trees and other beautiful
scenery of Corfu’s beautiful flora, grass where people can relax, and enjoy the surrounding
area. There is also swing for adults, and kindergarden area for the children. Also, there is a
private pool (around 50sq. m) that has also inside next to it an internal Jacuzzi. Furthermore,
next to the pool there is a kiosk with an additional external jacuzzi, and a fully equipped BBQ
place along with dinner table.

The villa has access to the beach from a small road that is around 100meters (in less than a
minute the people go to the beach). If need be, we can offer also baby cots and extra beds. Very near the villa there is nearly everything: restaurants, supermarkets, bars, etc.
