The house itself is just 10m from the water’s edge and is discretely hidden by mature trees and glorious wildflowers ensuring that guests have privacy whilst still enjoying the superb views across the water whether from the easy armchairs on the terrace or one of the sunbeds on the decking of the swimming pool.

It has been carefully designed as a spacious and comfortable holiday home leaving guests feeling refreshed by its bright and airy design. The ground floor has the most wonderful garden and sea views through large glass windows.

The first thing you notice when you enter this fantastic home is the spacious living room decorated with high quality furniture and large glass windows around that allow you to enjoy the infinite blue of the sea and the beauty of the Greek sky.

On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen which leads directly off the dining area and is fully equipped with everything a comfortable home needs.

There is also a bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom.

Upstairs find three modern bedrooms with king size beds to relax and enjoy the sea view and the sound of the birds the Greek summer.

The bed positioning allows you to take in views of the Mediterranean and a beautiful sunsets from within the bed.

A large balcony helps you to enjoy the amazing melody of the waves and at night the illuminated coastline from Agios Nikitas village stretching like a painting in front of you. The lighted pool and garden completes the picture of absolute tranquillity.

The swimming pool is. set just 5 m from the water’s edge, swimming will be a wonderful mix of the lush green of the garden and the brilliant blue of the Mediterranean. The pool area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Guests will spend long lazy afternoons lying in the sun, enjoying a refreshing drink and taking in the gorgeous view across the sea to Agios Nikitas village.

Lefkada, is an island full of culture and Greek spirit.

Lefkada, with an area of 295 sq km, is the fourth largest of the Ionian Islands and has a coastline of 117 km. The easy access to the island across a floating bridge has made it a favourite with holidaymakers.

This lovely undiscovered island offers fabulous unspoilt beaches all along its coastline and is a boater’s paradise with its multitude of satellite islands. Some of the best known beaches are Porto Katsiki, Kathisma, Pefkoulia( where our villa is situated). The Prinigponisa satellite islands are Scorpios, owned by the late Aristotle Onassis, Meganisi, Sparti and Madouri owned by the late national poet Aristotle Valaoritis.

There are plenty of attractions even for the more discerning traveler.

The long white beaches of the west coast are perfect for sun worshippers and family days out, and the crystal clear waters of the small coves on the east coast are a snorkeler’s paradise. Beautiful old churches dotted around the island, museums in Lefkas Town and archaeological sites close by are great for those looking for a bit of culture whilst on holiday.

Changeovers on Sunday or Saturday (in principal). If bookings allow it can be flexible

The villas are available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Guests are requested to vacate the villas not later than 11am on the day of departure. Will try to be as flexible as possible .This will depend on each individual case and other bookings. If we have the travel information in advance, we will try to accommodate guests with difficult flight times. Luggage storage is no problem
