Τraditional country house, feel like home!

Our traditional house is a self-combined building with two apartments. It is located in a very calm neighborhood but too close to the taverns, coffee shops and mini markets of the village, just 200-300m. From the first floor you can enjoy the nice view of the amphitheatrically village till the immense Ionian Sea. In the yard you can enjoy your meals as you can find BBQ. Moreover, your kids can have fun in our private playground. There is parking place about 150m from the house.

The one of these apartments is a two storey apartment (maisonette) that can accommodate 5-7 persons (2 families, three couples or company of friends). On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa that converts into a double bed, a dining room, the fully equipped kitchen and the second bathroom. Of course, there are two smart TVs, air conditions and free Wi Fi access.

Nikos’s house is built in the middle of the 20th century and accommodated for years the family of Nikolaou and Vasili Karidi. Nikos, the grandson of the family, decides to keep many of the traditional elements and especially the stoned ground floor and the traditional wooden floors and ceilings. Moreover, he chose the best materials to make the house functional and comfortable. Inspired from his kids, he made the yard appropriate for carefree family holidays.

If your company needs two apartments please contact us, as there is one more apartment that is on the first floor with a nice private veranda that can accommodate 2-4 persons. It contains a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa that converts into a bunk (two single stable beds), a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Of course, there is a smartTV, air condition and free Wi Fi access.

Payment Policy: 30% of total cost required as a deposit for the ratification of the reservation. Rest upon departure.
Cancellation Policy: 60 days before arrival, refund the entire amount of advance. 59 days before arrival, the deposit is forfeited. Cancellation during the stay, requiring the customer to pay compensation equal to 50% of the amount corresponding to the remaining days of the residence contract.
