Ground floor: An open plan living, dining, kitchen area (with full cooking facilities). The living area has a fireplace, and French windows that open onto a large verandah with patio furniture. 1 twin bedroom, ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi and French windows open onto a terrace.

First floor: An open staircase leads up to 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with tub and 1 storage area for suitcases.

OUTSIDE:
Olea, Kiparissi and Thalia. Situated on different levels, natural stone walls, olive trees, shrubs, climbers and cacti surround each villa to create privacy.

The villa has it's own parking space, private swimming pool with patio and furniture. The large patio has patio furniture, a cloam oven and a BBQ.

Villa Thalia is the lower one out of the three and has plenty to offer. Thalia has the least steps and the swimming pool (8,2m x 4,2m x 1,45m depth) is at the end of the patio. There are uninterrupted hill & sea views.

The owners manage to incorporate modern ideas with traditional ones. Open wooden ceilings with painted beams and a gallery bedroom creating a feeling of space inside. The basic colour scheme is bright but with musk toned tiles combined with coloured soft fabrics. Although they have been recently refurbished they still retain their character.

Althought villa Thalia is an ideal choice for a familly of four, the villa is well suited to groups of friends or sets of couples that enjoy a holiday together but wish for some independence and privacy. The picturesque village of Agios Nikitas is only a 5-minute drive down a winding track, through olive groves and cypress trees. The mini-markets have enough essentials to enable the adventurous to prepare and cook a trully Greek dish on the B.B.Q or in the cloam oven.

Prices are in euros per week including all taxes, cleaning and linen (once a week, including changeover day), pool cleaning, gardening, and internet.

Electricity is free up to 80 kWh / week. More than 80 kWh the cost is 0.45 Euros / kWh.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED: One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib.

One older child or adult is charged EUR 18 per person per night in an extra bed.
The maximum number of extra beds is 1.
The maximum number of children's cots/cribs is 1.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Children may use the children pool at the big shared pool of Agios Nikitas Villas
