The living room is created with a minimalist design. The sofa can open up to provide sleeping for an extra two persons, a 50″ smart TV allows you to relax after a long day watching your favourite movie and a coffee table completes a beautiful and cosy lounge.
A fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, sandwich toaster kettle and washing machine, together with the kitchen table and chairs, provide all the necessities for your stay. The master double bedroom has a high quality Cocomat© mattress to ensure a perfect night’s sleep. Plenty of wardrobe space gives all the necessary room needed for luggage and essentials.
Either side of the bed are cabinets.

The second bedroom has a bunk bed and is ideal for children.

A separate shower, W.C and stone washbasin area is spacious with plenty of room for toiletries. The apartment has a private veranda with comfy seating and the extra luxury of an inviting jacuzzi to relax and rejuvenate in after a long day.

Payment:

In order to confirm your chosen arrangement, 30% deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance due one month before arrival date.
If the service provider does not receive all payments due (including any surcharge where applicable) in full and on time, the service provider is entitled to assume that you wish to cancel your booking.
The price you pay for your arrangement includes gas, water, electricity, internet and air conditioning.

Changes or Cancellation by the Guest:

Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed arrangement, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Whilst we will endeavour to assist, we cannot guarantee to meet any such requests. Where such changes can be made, an amendment fee will be payable together with any costs incurred. A change of check in date will normally be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and rebooking in which case cancellation charges will apply. Changes may result in the recalculation of the price of your arrangement where, for example, the basis on which the price of the original arrangement was calculated has changed.
You, or any member of your party, may cancel your arrangement at any time providing that the cancellation is made by the party leader and is communicated to us in writing by email. You should have travel insurance to cover against cancellation risk.
The following cancellation rules will apply:
Cancellation within 30 days before the start of the rental period, 100% of the total rent will be reserved.
