Greek Beach House is a 14 luxury apartment building, located on the waterside of the east coast of the island. The complex has a public area (and amenities) that are shared with all apartments.
There are 11 one-bedroom apartments located on different levels of the complex.

In every apartment you'll find:
- 1 Double bedroom.
- 1 Bathroom with a shower.
- Living room with a sofa that opens to a double bed.
- Open plan living area and kitchen, leading to a sea view balcony/terrace with table and chairs.

All apartments are fully furnished, air-conditioned in all rooms. Kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, and all the guest needs to prepare their meals at home.

Free parking upon availability.

Each building is equipped with a shared washing machine & a dryer, iron & iron board.

Communal decking area with outdoor jacuzzi, sun loungers, parasols.
Private approach to the beach so you can experience the amazing Ionian Sea.

The beach of Pasas is a few minutes walk (600m) north of the apartments and the resort town of Nydri is 15 minutes walk (1.5 km) and you can continue for another 700m, to reach the busy harbor.

- Up to 30 days prior to check-in, 100% refund.
- Up to 14 days prior to check-in, 50% refund.
- 14 days or less before check-in, no refund.
