This brand new charming summer villa is located in a quite untouched area close to Ponti above and valley of Vassiliki ovelooking the entire of Vassiliki Bay and the Ionian sea.
The villa has 2 lovely double bedrooms. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, TV and balcony with their own stunning sea views. The living area has been designed with open beamed ceilings decorated with modern furniture, and comprises a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge and dining areas.
The large outdoor area and split leveled with dining setting (table and chairs) on the upper deck, perferct setting for fresh breakfasts or alfresco dinners, whilst the lower deck boasts a private infinity pool, surrounded by luxourious sunbeds and sun umbrella bringing you one with the view!
A quite, unspoilt location in the evergreen pine clad loft of Ponti just above Vassiliki. Only a 3 minute drive to Vassiliki Beach and 5 minute drive to Vassiliki harbour.
CANCELLATIONS.
Any cancellation must be sent by registered letter, on strength of postmark
• Cancellation more than 270 days before the arrival date, we keep 10% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation between 270 days and 30 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 30 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.

Villa Anna was spotlessly clean and well equipped. It is spacious and stylish and the outside area and pool are perfect for relaxing and al fresco dining or breakfast. But, the views !!!! Just amazing !!!! You have a fantastic view over Vasiliki to the islands in the distance and also across a lovely, verdant valley to the nearby mountains. Stunning at all times of the day and evening.
We loved our stay at Villa Anna. The place is beautiful with a gorgeous view. The pool was also a large part of the attraction, very clean. The house was also clean and spacious. Great stay for 5 days. If there is some improvement to be had, would recommend to add some simple things, like garbage bags, paper towel, maybe some condiments (for barbeque). Otherwise, highly recommended place to stay, with a beautiful view and a nice host.
The experience we had at Villa Anna was simply amazing! The view, the experience and hospitality was simply 5 star!! The villa offered lots of room for a 2 bedroom and the hospitality was always awaiting us if we had any concerns. We stayed for 8nights and the area was not only quiet and villa very clean, but the view was amazing!! Can’t wait to experience it again hopefully next year !
Anna is a very nice host. She always answered our questions through the airbnb messaging feature and the check-in and check-out were super easy. All in all she was very nice, even though it was a bit difficult to communicate with here because she doesn’t speak english very well, yet she was super nice to us going out of here way to change our towels and bed sheets once a week, even though she did not have to.

We had a nice stay at the Villa Anna.The House,the pool and everything else is in very good condition. Mrs Anna ,who takes care of the property is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our holiday there and will come back.

Wonderful villa. Quiet, clean, comfortable and simply perfect. Perfect for 2 couples or families. Pay a little attention at the small road to get there, because at night is not so easy to find it. In average 30min to the most wonderful beaches of Lefkada
We loved staying at Horizon Villa. It is a stunning location and a great place to relax and enjoy this beautiful island.
