This brand new charming summer villa is located in a quite untouched area close to Ponti above and valley of Vassiliki ovelooking the entire of Vassiliki Bay and the Ionian sea.
The villa has 1 lovely double bedroom. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, TV and balcony with it's own stunning sea view. The living area has been designed with open beamed ceilings decorated with modern furniture, and comprises a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge and dining areas.
The large outdoor area and split leveled with dining setting (table and chairs) on the upper deck, perferct setting for fresh breakfasts or alfresco dinners, whilst the lower deck boasts a private infinity pool, surrounded by luxourious sunbeds and sun umbrella bringing you one with the view!
A quite, unspoilt location in the evergreen pine clad loft of Ponti just above Vassiliki. Only a 3 minute drive to Vassiliki Beach and 5 minute drive to Vassiliki harbour.

• Cancellation between 270 days and 30 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.

The Villa was spotless and extremely comfortable. It is a well laid out villa & made staying there very easy. Anna was very welcoming & made us feel as though we could approach her for anything. The view is stunning & Vasiliki & Pondi were very easy to access. With lots going on there. We were happy chilling at the villa though as it was so accommodating & the pool was so lovely. We would highly recommend the Villa as somewhere to stay if anyone else was visiting the island of Levkas or even Greece.
The Villa was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. The view from the infinity pool is breathtaking and the whole area is beautiful and very quiet. Lots of places to eat and shop within a few minutes drive. Look forward to staying again in the near future.

The villa is exactly as shown in the pictures, the views to Vasiliki are fantastic and is super quiet and private. There are 3 villas next to each other but separated with a fence so you have a complete privacy. We were in villa Nefeli which is the first one in a row and was great because there were no neighbours on our right, just trees. The private pool is lovely and quite deep, the water was a bit cold when we were visiting (end of September) which I’m guessing is not an issue in mid summer as nights are warmer. Still lovely to have a dip after sunbathing. The kitchen was fully equipped with lots of great devices such as - juicer, toaster, sandwich press, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, there was even a washing machine and an iron. Anna left us some water bottles and juices which was a lovely touch. The TV had a Netflix option as well for you to log in. There was a barbecue outdoors and a lot of space for dining and sitting out. The access to the villa was good, the driveway was a bit steep but wide enough to go up with no problem. Just be aware that as it is located in the mountains - the road up from Vasiliki is quite narrow in some places, but we got used to it pretty quickly and there were very few cars ever - it is also only a short drive up from the town 5mins or so. Great access to all the nicest beaches around the area as well (Porto Katsiki was our favourite - only 30mins drive from the villa) and there were a few supermarkets (Euro and Nikos) just 10 min drive from the villa. Anna was lovely and came after a few days to give us a change of towels, she was at all times very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying in the villa!!!

Lovely villa, in a quiet location with amazing views down to Vasiliki and to the mountains and villages in the foothills. A good location for accessing all of the island. Lefkada Holiday Rentals were very easy to deal with; professional, helpful and very friendly. Because of Covid we only met Anna, the owner briefly but she was very nice and helpful. There were no issues with the villa and it was exactly as displayed by the photos and details. We would stay there again and would definitely book through Lefkada Holiday Rentals. Eloise & Will
A wonderfull villa, located in the hills above Vassiliki! Location: about 900 m from Ponti beach. You have a stunning view of the sea and hills. Very quiet environment, there are three villas in total on the grounds. A car (or scooter) is required. Garden: private infinity pool, Bbq, tabel with 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds, beach umbrella and outdoor showers. Very well kept and enough shade around the villa to enjoy breakfast, lunch and diner in the garden while taking in the great views. Villa: very clean and light. There are screen doors in every window and airconditioning in the livingroom and bedroom. The kitchen is new and contains everything you need. There is a big refrigorator and a dishwasher, enough utensils and Anna made sure there were enough dishwasher tablets and detergent. Downstairs in the livingroom there is a sofabed. It’s not very big, fit for 2 children up to 12 years. There is a toilet, sink and washingmachine in a separate room underneath the stairs. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with sink and shower. Host: Anna was great. She was there to welcome us when we arrived. She was very easy to get in touch with (although we didn’t need her very often because there were no problems). She made sure there was a welcoming package in the fridge, toiletpaper, detergent, laundry detergent etc, just that little bit extra that makes you smile. The contact before arrival was good, directions to the villa were accurate and the check in and out process without problems. We had a fantastic time and will definately return to Villa Nefeli when we travel to Lefkas again

Beautiful villa Great position on the island (nicest beaches are close) very clean villa, kind house owners. Beautiful view. New construction, surrounded only by nature with spectacular view. The villas are in any case descreet and you have your privacy.
