Apaggio Villas
Adagiate su una collina e lontane dalla folla si trovano queste tre ville contemporanee. Due di esse sono ricavate dalla collina su cui sorgono. Tutte le ville hanno due camere da letto. Le eleganti zone giorno a pianta aperta conducono ad ampie terrazze dove si possono ammirare l'infinito turchese del Mar Ionio e le isole vicine. Tutte le ville dispongono poi di piscine a sfioro e barbecue e all'aperto. Con cucine completamente attrezzate e molto spazio, ci sono poche ragioni per andarsene, ma quando finalmente deciderete di lasciare li vostro lettino, potrete scoprire spiagge meravigliose, villaggi di montagna, taverne pittoresche e una vivace vita notturna.
Villa Theia
E’ la villa posta più in alto. Con il suo design arioso, la piscina a sfioro privata, il giardino fiorito e le ampie vedute del mare e delle isole vicine Thea offre un'atmosfera serena che permette agli ospiti di rilassarsi e godersi la natura. 100 metri quadrati di spazio abitativo offrono il luogo perfetto per una fuga romantica, una vacanza in famiglia o un ritrovo
di amici.
La villa dispone di un elegante lounge composta da cucina, zona pranzo e area soggiorno, che si apre sulla terrazza baciata dal sole con piscina a sfioro. Le grandi finestre panoramiche e le alte porte a vetro scorrevoli fondono gli ambienti interni con quelli esterni, rivelando una vista superba sulla piscina e una vista infinita sul mare blu. La cucina completamente attrezzata, progettata con gusto, e’ provvista di frigorifero con ice maker, piano cottura a induzione, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie e macchina da caffè Nespresso. La zona pranzo può ospitare comodamente sei persone e si apre sulla terrazza dandovi la possibilita’ di mangiare all'aperto. Entrambe le camere con bagno privato sono fresche e contemporanee, con letti sontuosi, splendide viste sul mare e porte scorrevoli che si aprono sulla terrazza dove i lettini da piscina vi attendono.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschoen, der Ausblick auf das Meer von oben ist ein Traum. Die wohnung ist sehr schoen eingerichtet, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefuehlt. Die Reinigungsdame kam 2 Mal die Woche und hat gruendlich gereinigt und frische Bettwaesche aufgezogen und neue Handtuecher hingelegt. Bei Problemen, z.B. Stromausfall war Zacharenia, die sehr freundlich ist, sofort zur Stelle. Ebenso wie der Vermieter. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.
The villa exceeded our expectations, starting with the excellent communication we had with Zacharenia, the sailboat rental service that Melanie helped us with. the barbecue and the pool made our vacation wonderful.Thank you!
L’emplacement est extraordinaire avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et les îles. La villa est très confortable, bien meublée et dans un environnement calme. Une voiture est nécessaire pour se rendre à Nidry où l’on trouve de très nombreux restaurants, cafés et supermarchés. Nous avons été bien accueillis ,avons pu bénéficier d’un early check in et avons apprécié les petites attentions ( fruits, vin, eau ) Les lits sont particulièrement confortables et la cuisine dispose de tout ce qui est nécessaire pour cuisiner. Il est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas d’espace extérieur protégé du soleil ou de la pluie et que la piscine, d’une taille agréable, ne soit pas chauffée mais , heureusement, fin septembre, nous n’avons pas eu à souffrir de la chaleur et les parasols étaient suffisants . Il n’y avait ni set de toilette ( shampooing, gel douche) ni produits de base pour la cuisine ( huile, vinaigre…) ce qui est un détail mais surprenant pour une villa de ce standing.
Sehr moderne Villa mit tollem Pool in einer Lage mit super Blick auf die ionischen Inseln. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
The home is fantastic with an incredible view. It's a great value and we highly recommend. We had one hiccup checking in but were able to get past that and the air conditioning only works if all the sliding doors are closed & locked, which took some getting used to and is a bit hard to manage if there are many people staying in the house. Nonetheless, we had a great time and I would recommend to all! Cliff
Wow!!!! Wow!!!! Wow!!! Words can not describe this truly awesome villa. Perched on a hillside, with uninterrupted views facing east to the neighbouring islands, this stunning slice of paradise is everything you could possibly wish for ... and then some!!! It is in a very private location surrounded by gardens and woodland and is beautifully decorated in a minimalist yet elegant style. The owners of this villa have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as is possible. There is a large open plan lounge/dining area/kitchen with full height sliding glass doors leading to the terrace surrounding the infinity edge pool. The 2 very spacious bedrooms, each with their identical walk-in shower rooms, feature Egyptian cotton bedlinen, courtesy robes and slippers, hairdryer, safe, electrically powered blinds and each room has individually controlled air conditioning/heating. The kitchen area has everything you need to cater for house guests and visitors, and there is a separate outside barbecue and pizza oven area, with a separate shaded dining area, next to the pool, which was still warm enough to swim in mid- November and then lay out in the sun on the terrace loungers. We did not want to leave ... and can thoroughly recommend without any hesitation whatsoever.
This villa is spectacular! The views are simply breathtaking. We loved everything about our stay. The villa is very comfortable and has everything you need. The bed are very comfortable so we slept well each night and waking up to that view from the bedroom...just wow! We truly felt at home and didn't want to leave. Anna and her team were very helpful and were only a message away if we needed anything. The villa was super clean and had plenty of towels and linens. Nidri is only a 2min drive. You can walk but it's a steep return back to the villa. Nidri is a gorgeous town with plenty of restaurants and a few good supermarkets. The location is a great base for exploring the rest of the island. Our stay was perfect and we can't wait to return again soon.
All is as clean and new and the view is as breathtaking as on the pictures! Highly recommended! You should have a car to get around (from the villa up on the hill). Anna‘s and Betty‘s communication and help were great!
Der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen. Von allen Räumen gibt es einen phantastischen Blick über die Bucht. Die Ausstattung von Küche, Terrasse und Wohnbereich ist umfassend und von erlesener Ästhetik. Hier möchte man einfach nur bleiben.

A truly surreal experience at the highest level at Apaggio Villa Theia!! Waking up to breathtakingly spectacular views of the islands across the infinity pool as well as watching the Golden Hour across the islands and mountains with a chilled cocktail!!!
I would like to thank you for the wonderful hospitality! Everything was wonderful. You have a small piece of paradise in Lefkada, with the most outstanding view. I hope at some point in the future, we can get back!
