a. Upper level
The upper level comprises of the main living room, the kitchen and dining area, a bathroom, as well as the internal attic. On the living area of approx. 35 sq.m., there are two sofas that can easily turn into beds. Next to them, is a sofa table and across them a TV table with a 32 in TV set, providing satellite reception with more than 500 channels. The room is air-conditioned and also has a fireplace.
The kitchen is of modern design with built-in appliances and all the required conveniences and equipment. It includes a table for 8 people. The internal attic has an area of 14 sq.m. and hosts two single beds.
Both through the kitchen and also the living area, there are large balcony doors leading to the main veranda. The veranda of 25 sq.m provides fully uninterrupted view to the Ionian Sea and the forest area surrounding the house. A metal and glass table of 6-8 people is provided.
b. Lower level
The lower level comprises of the two bedrooms and the main bathroom. The main bedroom of 25 sq.m, includes a double bed, large wardrobes and a drawer-table with a mirror. The second bedroom includes two single beds and large wardrobes. Both bedrooms are provided with a ceiling fan and they lead to a smaller balcony below the main veranda. The bathroom is large and comfortable with a bath tub.
