Casa di vino ist ein einzigartiges Landhaus auf dem Anwesen des Weingutes Lefkaditiki Gi im Zentrum von Lefkada, zwischen Nidri und Vasiliki. Auf einem Hügel dieses Ferienhaus bietet einen Panoramablick und ist durch die unberührte Schönheit der Lefkada, ländliche Landschaft mit Wiesen, Olivenhainen und Weinbergen. Das Haus verbindet die Schönheit eines traditionellen Bauernhaus aus Stein mit den besten modernen Design im Innenraum, eine einzigartige Mischung aus alt und neu zu erstellen. Casa di vino umfasst 185 qm und bietet Platz für 6 + 2 Personen beherbergen. Es verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 4 Bäder, ein großes Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer, Bibliothek, Küche und Essbereich im Freien.
Die Umgebung verfügt über ein 8-Personen-Jacuzzi, eine große Ecke Überlaufpool und einen wunderschönen Garten mit Oliven und Kräutern.
Casa di vino liegt auf einem Hügel mit Panoramablick auf üppige Landschaft im ländlichen Raum Lefkada und das Ionische Meer.
Im Norden der üppigen Vegetation von einheimischen Pflanzen, Sträucher und Bäume. Wilde Johannisbrot, Mastixstrauch, Steineichen und Erdbeerbäumen verschmelzen mit der kultivierten Land mit Olivenbäumen in einem großen Gemälde in allen Schattierungen von Grün.
An der Ostseite des Hauses liegen, niedrige Hügel mit Feldern und Olivenbäumen bedeckt, während dieser Symphonie von Grün erstreckt sich auf das tiefblaue Wasser des Ionischen Meeres. Der Blick nach Süden ist einzigartig, kommen kleine grüne Inseln in Sicht am Horizont des Ionischen Meeres erstreckt und den Blick auf das endlose Meer bildet.
An der Ostseite des Hauses ist das Dorf von Poros mit interessanten traditionellen Häusern und in den Süden des traditionellen Dorfes Sivota.
Die Ruhe der Landschaft ist so beruhigend für die Augen und den Geist, die es deine Seele verzaubert.
Es ist ein modernes Haus aus Stein in den Nachlass des Weingut Lefkaditiki Gi, im Jahr 2015 gebaut, um den Gebäudekomplex des Weingutes und seine Dienstleistungen zu ergänzen.
Die Architektur folgt Lefkada traditionellen Mustern und moderne Gehäuse-Design. Was die Struktur betrifft, wurde Naturstein verwendet, um Wände zu füllen, Holzbalken von Kastanien- und Eichenböden machen das Haus freundlich an Mieter, während die großen Öffnungen ermöglichen die Landschaft im Inneren von jedem Punkt eingeben.
Umliegende Gelände- Garten -Schwimmbad
Die Umgebung umfasst 5 Morgen der Weinkellerei in Privatbesitz Land. Umgeben von Hunderten von Morgen Ackerland, Weideland und Olivenhainen. Jahrhundertealten Olivenbäumen verwendet worden und ein neuer Weinberg hat, um die landwirtschaftliche Physiognomie der Landschaft wiederherzustellen gepflanzt.
Aus dem Weingut ein Kiesweg mit Johannisbrotbäumen, wilde Birnbäume, gesäumt Mastixsträucher Erdbeerbäumen und Eichen führt zum Haus.
Im Kräuter Hof, überläuft die Außen-Jacuzzi in einen Wasserfall und erfüllt das Schwimmbad in einem Doppellauf in einer musikalischen Harmonie von Wasser. Ihre Lage ermöglicht es, in vollen Zügen genießen Aussicht auf die Umgebung.
Der Pool Dimensionen 4m x 10m und es gibt einen flachen Teil 2m x 3m für Kinder und Nichtschwimmer.
Die 8-Personen-Jacuzzi bietet Komfort und angenehmen Blick auf den ruhigen Landschaft der niedrigen Hügel und das Blau des Ionischen Meeres.
Das Schwimmbad und Jacuzzi sind durch bequeme Holzliegen für die Bräunung, Lesen oder Tagträumen umgeben.
Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche
Der Haupteingang des Hauses öffnet sich auf eine Holztreppe in den ersten Stock, und ein geräumiges und gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf den Pool, die grünen Hügel und das Meer. Er ist mit zwei großen Sofas und einem bequemen Sessel gegenüber von einem 42 "Bildschirm mit Sat-TV und DVD-Player ausgestattet.
Neben dem Wohnraum umfasst die gleichen Raum eine moderne Gourmet-Küche mit allen Geräten, Spüle, Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Die Küche bietet großzügig Platz für sieben Personen.
Eine Reihe von Türen führt zu einem großen Innenhof zum Essen im Freien. Alle Türen müssen Osten und Süden Öffnung, die Licht im Laufe des Tages geben können. Der Holztisch im Hof können bis zu acht Personen und ist ein großartiger Ort für Frühstück, Mittag- oder Abendessen. Der Hof verfügt über eine gemütliche Sitzecke auch ein idealer Ort, um ein Buch zu lesen oder genießen Sie ein Glas Wein.
Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer
Alle Zimmer sind ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage und Einbauschränke mit viel Stauraum.
Der erste Stock hat zwei Schlafzimmer, eines im Süden mit einem Kingsize-Bett und ein großes Badezimmer mit Dusche für Rollstuhlfahrer auch. Und eine im Norden mit Queen-Size-Bett, zwei Einzelbetten, einem großen Bad und Dachboden mit Schlafcouch werden kann. Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Blick auf den Hof, die Hügel, die Schluchten und das Meer im Osten, sind die Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss vor allem praktisch für diejenigen, die eine harte Zeit beim Treppensteigen.
Eine Treppe führt in den Boden und gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, Sitzecke und ein luxuriöses Badezimmer mit geräumiger Dusche. Es verfügt über eine eigene Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf das Ionische Meer und die umliegenden Hügel.

Great stay at Casa Di Vino Villa just what we was looking for to have our own space and recharge the batteries in a tranquil space. The Villa is top spec with all areas thought out well with a lovely pool and amazing views. Towns, beaches, supermarket, bakeries 5- 15 minutes away. Sivota town is only 5 minutes away which has all you need. Cleaners, Anna who works at the winery plus the owner all very nice and helpful.

We stayed in Casa di Vino for 10 nights and had the most amazing time. It doesn’t get much better than a villa on a Winery. Everything was perfect! The photos don’t do the villa justice - it’s better! All the bedrooms are equally lovely with an en suite each, so no one gets the lesser room. Outside space is great - amazing views over the Ionian Sea, swimming pool, comfy sun loungers, hammock, BBQ etc. Thank you - Dimitris and Melanie for making our stay so special. We will definitely return!
We loved this fancy house with all its facilities, the great pool, cleanliness and location right in between Vasiliki and Nidri and next to nice beaches. The house was cleaned in the middle of the week and we had got new bed linnen. We can highly recommend this luxury house.

Easy to give this stay five stars. The pictures accurately capture the beauty of the location and the quality of the home itself. It was a perfect place for our family of six looking for a bit of stay-in relaxation and activities close by for adventure Check-in was easy, and the hosts were responsive and helpful with everything we needed. There were real close beaches, and the most popular and stunning beaches were drivable (<hour). We had stores and lunch spots close to the house. We also really enjoyed the wine from the winery on the property We highly recommend this home!

The vila was absolutely amazing!! Location was perfect (isolated yet few minuets drive from Nidri & Sivota) Vila & Pool are beautiful, surrounded by green with an awesome view of sunrises and nearby islands. Casa Di Vino is a beautiful property in a peaceful location with incredible views.Not only was the villa one of the best we have ever stayed in,everything we needed was close by a small supermarket a few minutes drive away and pretty Sivota with its tavernas, shops and boat hire.The villa is equipped with everything you need (including towels and pool towels)and is modern,spacious and spotlessly clean.It was also cleaned twice during our stay. The 3 bedrooms are all as spacious as each other(so no fighting over who gets which one!) with great en suite shower rooms and views to the infinity pool and beyond to the hills and the sea and distant islands.We enjoyed many happy days lounging around the pool.We had a great tour of the winery and wine tasting,how lucky we were to have that on our doorstep!Everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly and a special thanks to both Anna for helping us organise everything and to Dimitris for his generosity and kindness.Our first visit to Lefkas-we will be back!

Beautiful place very friendly manager
This was our first time to this beautiful greek island & we were not disappointed. The villa is stunning, we absolutely loved everything about it. We came out of season & the only downside was the pool wasn't heated & it was a bit too cold most of the time we were here. Apart from that we could not fault it. The owner was very helpful & left us wine from his winery on two occasions! The villa was also cleaned half way through our stay which was lovely. The island is still very non touristy & very traditionally greek which made it for us. Coming in October was always a gamble weather wise but generally it was lovely (a few rainy days) We spent a few days on the beach with no one else around which was wonderful but the downside was a lot of shops/bars were closed. We still managed to find a few open & everywhere we went the food was wonderful (we love greek food!). Places to visit - Sivota a few miles away. Lovely fishing bay with great restaurants. Stavros was a good choice if you like fresh seafood. Agios Nikitas had a lovely beach (about an hour away) with beautiful clear blue water, definitely worth a visit. I can imagine you wouldn't want to leave this villa in the summer months as it is truly stunning. The views are amazing, it's a magical place to spend your time. You will not be disappointed, we have made some lovely memories we will treasure forever :)

This villa was heaven on earth. Stunning location, magnificent house, luxurious amenities and an incredible view. The added bonus was it’s situated in a winery and we had a very generous host who provided complimentary bottles of his fabulous wines. Close to the gorgeous town of Sivota (highly recommend Stavros Tavern for meals)
Bongiorno We did have a great stay at the villa, Dimitris was kind and Anna was extremely helpful and very efficient (especially when we had a health problem with one of our family) The only things I would suggest is that in the bedroom upstairs, there is just one window with no blind on. Yes it is lovely to see the sunrise but sometimes on holiday you want to have a sleep in!! There should be a blind on the window to give you the option to open or close it. Also the bed in that room is very soft in the middle, we really didn’t sleep very well during our stay. Lastly the driveway was rather challenging to get the car up and down the hill. Other than these points we loved our stay, it is a beautiful place and gorgeous pool.
The Villa can be found in the middle of a winery, up in the hills with lovely views of the distant sea of Sivota bay. We totally enjoyed being "up there" esp. with a slight breeze at night, when it got rather quite humid down in the bay. The plunge into the pool also helped freshen up at our sometimes lazy pool-days at the house during our 14day stay. We would have loved the jaccuzy to have warm water in order to be able to stay a little bit longer in the water at nighttime though. ;) The villa itself is very beautiful, very clean, with all the amenities and comforts one could wish for, the pictures at the website tell all. The owner greeted us personally and left a gift of 3 winebottles as a warm welcome. He and the agency looked perfectly after us. JUST STUNNING....!We (a family of five from The Netherlands) have spend our holiday end of April / beginning of May 2017 in Casa di Vino. And sure it was a great stay. Beautiful villa, nice swimming pool and hot tub, harbors, bars and restaurants in close range, impressing beaches and last but not least stunning views. Just do it and have a wonderful stay on a beautiful island in a great villa. And don't forget to try all the (desert) wines made by Dimitris 200 metres from the villa. What else do you want and need...?
The villa was lovely. It was even better than the pictures. Anna was an amazing host - brilliant at providing local information and organising things for us. The jacuzzi wasnt heated but it would be fine in the summer (we went in October) but other than that everything was brilliant. The views from the villa were amazing. I would definitely go back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa and we can definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a very nice, clean and tidy accommodation with a stunning view and amazing hosts. It definitely exceeded our expectations since it’s always a ‘gamble’ when booking online based on pictures. But everything was as expected or beyond! Unfortunately we did not get a chance to do a tour in the winery, but if we’re in the region again, we will do so for sure. Thanks a lot Anna and Dimitris for your hospitality!
This is a new, well designed house, spacious and clean, with wonderful views. Being up in the hills meant there was always a breeze so the house stayed cool when it was too hot for the children outside. The pool was an ideal size for our group. It was a bonus to find a good barbeque as well. Anna and her team made sure our trip went very smoothly and we hope to go back one day. Thank you Anna!

My recommendation as you search for a place to stay (which we all know can take hours), is save yourself the time, book Casa Di Vino in the certain knowledge that you won't be disappointed.
The villa is even better than the photographs show. The views are amazing. There are no other buildings close, so you are not overlooked. Everything in the villa is comfortable and clean. With both air conditioning and roof fans it is easy to keep the villa at a good temperature. The pool and the area around it is just as good as it shows in the pictures. There is a good barbecue too if you don't want to go out. When we arrived there was fruit and wine for us and a friendly welcome. The wine is from Dimitris' winery next door (below the villa) and is also very good. It is a short drive to the beautiful port of Sivota with lots of choice of places to eat (our favourite was Stavros). Also a short drive to the nice beach at Mikros Gialos. Lots of places to rent a boat in Nidri too. We would recommend the villa to anyone.
We had a great stay at Annas and Dimitri house. We stayed there with 4 children an 2 adults and had really enough space. The view from the first floor bedroom is fantastic and the island of Lefkada really beautiful. We really hope to come back again.
This is a gorgeous villa in a beautiful are and it's tight in the middle of a winery, so you get as much free wine as you like! We had an issue with the dishwasher and it was fixed on the same day. Highly rate this place, the owners and all involve.
Lovely spot on the hill. Great house. Comfy accommodation. Great pool. Only negative was due to how it is situated on the mountain you loose the sun and are in the shade from mid afternoon.
Casa Di Vina is a beautiful villa in a lovely location. It unusually has three bedrooms that are all equally stunning, so there is no fighting over who gets the best room. Having stayed in many villas over the years, I believe this is one of the best appointed I have stayed in. The ability to stream Netflix was also a positive. The location on a vineyard also gave an opportunity to visit the production facilities, as well as try the different wines. We were also offered a number of free samples which was most kind.
Well what a beautiful property - we have hired many villa's over the years and this is probably the nicest one we have ever stayed in... about a 50 minute drive from the airport - so not too far... and the location is stunning, up a private track, next to the owners vineyard.... the property is very well equipted and to a VERY high standard, from the bedding, towels ( even pool towels are provided ) kitchen equipment pool loungers and even a hammock !!! The infinity pool overlooks the mountains and sea and is pretty special - we were left a welcome pack including a copious amount of delicious fresh fruit. Sovito is the nearest port - about a 5 minute drive away - there is everything you need - a variety of restaurants and cafe's open for breakfast lunch and dinner - you can also hire boats for the day, a great way to explore the coves and beaches. The villa is truely beautiful, Anna was always very prompt in responding to my emails, everything you would need for a relaxing holiday - perfect

There's another two decent sleeping areas for an extra two people. There is also a fourth bathroom for communal use. The living room is very comfortable with low furniture and plenty of lounging space. The outdoor seating is also very comfortable and plenty of it. The kitchen was fully stocked and equipped with all you need to cook. There's also a great gas BBQ outside which we used nearly every night. The whole place really had all the mod cons. The pool is fantastic and lovely to lounge in with the jacuzzi an added bonus. The view is out to the mountains and the coast which is beautiful. The star gazing at night was wonderful. We would definitely love to come back!

Fantastic Villa in a lovely Location Casa Di Vina is a beautiful villa and exceeded our expectation for quality and facilities. Located within the owner’s vineyard it has marvellous views towards the sea. The property is approximately 50 minutes from the Airport and is easily accessed via a short track adjacent to the Winery. The property is well equipped with all the essentials needed for the holiday. ALL the bedrooms are of a high standard with towels provided and very comfortable beds. Towels are also provided for the pool area. The infinity pool is marvellous to enjoy the view of the sea and mountains. All the family enjoyed the stay immensely and we would highly recommend the Villa. There are many beaches within easy access - we went to Poros which is a lovely location with good Taverna’s and quality food. Sovito is the nearest port which is about a 5-minute drive away - there is everything you need - a variety of restaurants and cafes. Luxury Villa with stunning views, pool and jacuzzi Casa di Vino is a stunning 5* Villa. It is spacious, well equipped and beautifully furnished. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a luxury ensuite. The infinity pool and jacuzzi are fantastic and benefit from fantastic views out to sea. The owners are kind and gracious; the 3 free bottles of wine delicious! Recommended unreservedly.

Just Stunning We (family of five from Holland) had a great stay during the end of April/Beginning of May 2017 in Casa di Vino. Beautiful house, great space, well decorated and stunning views from everywhere. And also, close to everything: tiny harbors, bars and restaurants, beaches and great walks. Sure a great place to spend your Holidays. And last but not least, don't miss the wine of Dimitris and drink of all them. Superb.
