Luxury Mrs Grey offers a unique and stylish experience, along with stunning views of the West Coast just a few steps down to the beach. The villa is ideal for relaxation at the infinity pool while you gaze at the sailing boats passing by, or take a five-minute drive to the local taverna for traditional Ionian meals. For a bit more exploration, head 15 minutes by car to Spartochori village, where you’ll find shops, bars and restaurants. The villa consists of 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, equally perfect for couples or large family gatherings, as well as larger groups when combined with its neighboring villa.

Grey Luxury Villa I stands as one of a pair of opulent modern residences nestled along Meganisi's serene West Coast. Descending the villa's steps, you'll find yourself in a spacious garden adorned with sun loungers, right at the water's edge. Bask in the sunshine, take a dip in the vibrant azure waters to beat the summer heat. With two bedrooms located on the lower level, the upper floor houses the kitchen/living area, offering sweeping panoramic views of the sea.

Gazing through the expansive sliding doors of the living space feels akin to beholding a vast seascape canvas. Whether you're reclining on the sunbeds by the sea, enjoying a swim in the pool, or lounging on the plush sofa in the living room, the rhythmic dance of the sea and the occasional passing boat traffic through the Meganisi channel captivates the senses.

Passing through the main gate, you can opt for the left doorway leading to the pool terrace or enter via the central door, either descending to the bedrooms or ascending to the living area. Alternatively, the lower gate opens onto the bedroom terrace. Stepping in from the pool terrace, you're greeted by the expansive open-plan living space, offering mesmerizing sea views. Equipped with blackout blinds and a sofa bed, the living room also provides additional guest storage near the guest bathroom.

The expansive private pool area is ensconced within a lush garden, with the infinity edge of the pool gently cascading into the children's pool.

A sizable parking area awaits outside the villas, conveniently located on the roadside.

Turning right as you exit the villa, you'll encounter a bend at the base of the hill, where a brief path on the right leads to another stretch of stunning beach. Follow the road until it transitions into a rocky track, revealing another bay frequented by small rental boats from Lefkada, eager to witness the breathtaking hues of the water.

Just a short 3-minute stroll down the beach or road lies Agios Ioannis Beach, with the picturesque backdrop of Agios Ionnis Church, and a little further along, Il Paradiso restaurant awaits, nestled within a charming garden.

Note: Access to the villa involves 15 steps, while the path to the beach comprises 83 steps, rendering it unsuitable for guests with mobility constraints. Children should be supervised around the steps at all times.
