The Villa Happynest in Kariotes Lefkada consists of two independent floors “Olivia” on the ground floor and “Aelia” on the first floor, each housing two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a single living room – kitchen area, while the entire old olive mill “Armonia” has been transformed into a welcoming as well as impressive residence that keeps the architectural elements of the building evident.
Rooms are extremely tasteful, with modern and functional decoration with high quality materials and have facilities that allow a stay even in cooler seasons of the year. Each apartment is functionally independent and has its own terrace.
All overlook the common area of the estate, which has been set up in a garden with Greek vegetation
and has a specially designed swimming pool for children and adults as well as a jacuzzi.
