A traditional style Villa with modern features and immaculate views of neighbouring Ionian Islands and Sivota Harbour. This spacious Villa has an amazing al-fresco dinning area with a stunning infinity pool, making it the ultimate luxury holiday.

Ground floor: Large open space living room, including kitchen, dining and a common bathroom. There are two (2) ground floor bedrooms, an ensuite with a queen bed, and a regular bedroom with a queen bed, both of which include built in wardrobes.

First Floor: Large loft with ensuite consisting of two (2) single beds that can be joined to make a super king (6ft) bed along with a sofa bed for that extra 1-2 people if required. (Noted on the listing as Bedroom 3).

Guess have full access to all areas apart from the service and storage spaces.

At our villa we offer a meet and greet service, where we will come and meet you in the Harbour of Sivota and escort you to the Villa. You should note the Villa is located high on the Mountain, so a vehicle suited for rough roads is recommended.

Once you arrive at the Villa you will receive a welcome pack along with a personal tour of the property answering any queries or questions you may have. For guests staying longer than 4 nights they will receive a complimentary mid week clean with fresh linen and towels.
