Villa Trianda liegt direkt über dem kleinen Kieselstrand der Bucht von Ksilokeratidi, umgeben von dichter Vegetation und smaragdgrünem Wasser und bietet gleichzeitig einen einzigartigen Blick auf die Nachbarinseln Atokos, Arkoudi und Kefalonia. Die ursprünglich vor mehr als vierzig Jahren erbaute Villa bewahrt sorgfältig bestimmte Aspekte ihres traditionellen lokalen Charakters und führt gleichzeitig Elemente zeitgenössischer Architektur und Design ein, in einem ehrgeizigen Versuch, Altes und Neues zu verbinden. Da großer Wert auf die Minimierung der Umweltauswirkungen gelegt wird, wird der gesamte Energiebedarf der Villa durch den Einsatz einer vollständig autonomen Photovoltaikanlage aus erneuerbaren Quellen gedeckt.
# INNEN
Villa Trianda besteht aus zwei sehr komfortablen Hauptschlafzimmern mit eigenem Bad, einem riesigen offenen Ess-/Küchen-/Wohnzimmer und einem WC. Genauer gesagt: Sobald Sie durch eine der beiden breiten Schiebetüren eintreten, gelangen Sie in den oben erwähnten offenen Raum (ca. 50 m²), wo sich auf der rechten Seite der Wohnbereich befindet, der von einem riesigen Lila dominiert wird Sofa (ca. 8,5 Meter lang) und zu Ihrer Linken eine voll ausgestattete Designküche mit einem Esstisch für acht Personen. Ein minimalistisches WC befindet sich strategisch direkt vor Ihnen, zwischen den beiden Türen des Hauptschlafzimmers. Die hohe Holzdecke in Kombination mit der großzügigen Verwendung von Glas sorgt für ein beruhigendes „drinnen-draußen“-Gefühl, während einige sehr schöne Aspekte, wie der 55-Zoll-LED-Fernseher, die Corian-Arbeitsplatte, die Downdraft-Abzugshaube und die kugelförmige WC-Ausstattung, dazu beitragen erregen Sie auf jeden Fall Ihre Aufmerksamkeit! Das erste Hauptschlafzimmer hinter dem Essbereich verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen großen Schiebeschrank, eine sehr geräumige Dusche mit zwei Duschköpfen, einen 40-Zoll-LED-Fernseher und eine breite Schiebetür mit Blick auf den Pool, die als separater Eingang genutzt werden kann . Das zweite Hauptschlafzimmer hinter dem Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett (das bei Bedarf in zwei Einzelbetten geteilt werden kann), einen ebenso großen Schiebeschrank, ein wirklich geräumiges Badezimmer, einen 48-Zoll-LED-Fernseher und eine breite Schiebetür auch als separater Eingang nutzbar. Beide Schlafzimmer sind sehr funktional und effizient gestaltet, hell und bieten eine tolle Aussicht auf die Umgebung, während die stilvolle Dekoration, der hohe Standard der Ausstattung und die Qualität der verwendeten Materialien Sie sicherlich faszinieren und inspirieren werden! # DRAUSSEN
Die Außenräume der Villa Trianda liegen an einem so exquisiten Ort und wurden nach dem Prinzip minimaler Eingriffe in die Landschaft gestaltet. Darüber hinaus wurden beim Bau in großem Umfang natürliche Materialien wie Stein und Holz verwendet, um eine größtmögliche Verschmelzung mit der Umgebung zu erreichen. Dabei wurden keine Kompromisse eingegangen, weder bei der Funktionalität noch bei der Vielfalt der bereitgestellten Annehmlichkeiten und verfügbaren Aktivitäten. So können Sie im zwölf Meter langen, chemiefreien Schwimmbecken schwimmen, am großen Grill kochen, Ihr Mittagessen in der Sommerbrise oder ein Abendessen unter dem Sternenhimmel am großen runden Außentisch genießen oder einfach nur das Prachtvolle beobachten Sonnenaufgänge und Sonnenuntergänge – wenn Sie etwas Glück haben, können Sie sogar Delfine sehen! – werden Ihnen und Ihren Lieben unvergessliche Erinnerungen bescheren ... Die Villa liegt 3,5 km vom kleinen Hafen von Sivota entfernt, wo Sie 12 Tavernen und 4 Bars sowie einige Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Souvenirs finden. Eine unbefestigte Straße auf den letzten zwei Kilometern und steil auf den letzten 500 Metern, schüchterne Autofahrer verzichten darauf.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Eigentümer der Villa alle notwendigen proaktiven Entwesungsmaßnahmen durchgeführt hat, immer im Einklang mit den Umweltgesetzen zum Schutz des natürlichen Lebens. Allerdings liegt das Anwesen inmitten einer wunderschönen natürlichen Umgebung und der Kontakt mit Insekten oder Kleintieren (z. B. streunenden Katzen, Mäusen, Reptilien, Fliegen, Mücken, Ameisen usw.) kann nicht immer verhindert werden.

The photos don’t do this place justice! What a beautiful, peaceful location. The bay that the villa sits on has stunning crystal clear waters. We hired a small boat for 4 days and moored it at the villa. The house is clean and spacious. We loved cooking BBQs and having dinner outdoors under the olive tree by the pool, overlooking the sea. George was a great host. Incredibly responsive and helpful. We will be back!
We spent a fantastic holiday at Villa Trianda! The little bay is beautiful and the house is amazingly secluded. George, the owner, is always there when you need him and very helpful. We will definitely come back!!!

Very comfortable villa in a magical location. The road is scary and the bay was busy with boats in August but it was still definitely worth it! The walk into Sivota takes around 50 mins if you don’t want to drive. The sea is wonderful and full of fish so bring your snorkels. George is a lovely host. We hope to return soon! Villa Trianda is a beautiful villa in a breathtaking location. It was a real privilege to be able to stay in such a special place. I would definitely recommend if you like to swim in crystal clear water just a few footsteps from your wonderful terrace and villa.
We spent a blissful week here, after staying for several days at the gorgeous Villa Koumaria. Trianda is a really special and unforgettable place. Very comfortable for four people, with lovely (comfy) bedrooms and interior spaces, to say nothing of the exterior – where we spent virtually all of our time, immersed in the sounds and pleasures of nature: swimming, kayaking, eating al fresco, hearing the lapping waves in our bedroom at night... The Villas Thalassa team was fantastic at helping us organise our stay, and when we arrived, George was our amazing, communicative host. We hope to return!
Absolutely wonderful trip to stay in George’s Villa. Views were amazing and just what we wanted for a quiet week away. Villa is perfect with a lovely pool. The beach is a very short work and we swam in the beautiful sea every morning. George (the owner) is such a lovely person and looked after us so well when we were there. If you’re brave enough take him on at chess although I didn’t get close to winning! Really can’t fault this place - nice restaurants a short drive into town (Stavros was our favourite). Thanks George and VillasThalassa! We will be back.

Secluded and stylish! Villa Trianda was the perfect escape-it was very peaceful and the surrounding gardens are laid out with different seating areas to relax and enjoy the views out to sea. Set above a lovely little cove with crystal clear waters for swimming, it felt private and the villa itself was modern, pristine and well equipped with light flooding in from picture windows and patio doors. You would not want to drive down the unmade up road too frequently but we were happy with that as we wanted to spend our time relaxing at the beautiful villa. It was also possible to walk into Sivota (about 45 minutes) with beautiful views out to sea along the way. George was a most attentive host and dealt with any queries immediately.
Fantastic November holidays :) A really beautiful small villa in the most stunning location, reached via a rough -yet totally drivable- road. The weather was surprisingly good, so we spent virtually all of our time down at the beach and the jetty. Early morning coffees with the sea on our feet, chilling with a glass of wine later in the day, using the kayaks to explore the bay, dinners under the starlight have been our highlights. Interiors, beds, garden and lighting do greatly add to the overall experience. And of course, credits to Katerina and George for being so kind and responsive. All in all, it has just been everything we wanted for our holiday!
Having had some amazing family vacations last August, we decided to choose Trianda again, this time for our romantic October escape! The spot is unique, the villa very well designed and equipped, while the off-season calmness and total “ownership” of the beach was more than enough compensation for the occasional rains:) The reliable internet access was a massive improvement compared to previous time. Obviously, very highly recommended!
We had an amazing stay at this truly unique and special property. George and the folks at Lefkada Rentals were super to work with. Information was timely and accurate and made for a stress free arrival. Now for the Villa itself. You have to see it to believe it, the beauty of its surroundings is just hard to put into words. The property seems completely secluded due to its unique location, yet you’re a 10 minute drive Sivota with its shops, restaurants and picturesque harbor. The beach at Porto Katsiki is 45 minutes away, and is well worth the effort if you’re feeling like exploring. . The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, well appointed, and have comfy beds. The open concept kitchen/dining/living room are nicely appointed, and have modern appliances if your wanting to cook. There’s also a sweet outdoor BBQ grill as well. The WiFi is reliable, there’s plenty of hot water provided by a solar boiler. If you’re heading to this part of Greece, make sure to put this Villa on the top of your list. You won’t regret it.
Villa Trianda is a small house located on a fantastic and unique setting. We've spent a fantastic week, swimming every morning alone! (in August!!) The swimming pool is not big but is just what you need after a swim on the sea. Perfect. The garden has enough shadow to be able to spend the whole day on the property. There's a big round table where you can have lunch under the trees, enjoying the view. Airco on the sleeping rooms is very quiet. Good showers and good beds. Everything very clean. The house is about 15 minutes by car to the small town Sivota. Nice town with good restaurants. The last part of the road to the house is not on the best conditions, but the ride is more than worth it!
You will have a hard time leaving this place...
Location, Location, Location and a hospitable and extremely helpful owner, George, made our vacation memorable. Being able to swim in the semi-private bay with clear waters by walking the 37 steps from the villa, was fantastic. We used the pool late evening to cool down. Enjoyed the BBQ. Only downside was the dirt road leading to the villa. Have already recommended the villa to our friends in NYC.
Wir haben im Juni 21 1 Woche in Villa Trianda verbringen dürfen. Villa Trianda ist ein moderner, großzügiger, lichtdurchfluteter Bungalow mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung und einigen designerischen Highlights. Die Lage der Villa ist einzigartig direkt an einer kleinen quasi privaten Bucht mit kleinem Kiesstrand und kristallklarem Wasser inmitten eines uneinsehbaren, mediterranem Garten. Weitere Highlights sind der gepflegte Pool, der Aussengrill und nicht zu vergessen die zur Verfügung stehenden Kanus für Ausflüge in Nachbarbuchten. Das Team von Villas Thalassa war stets sehr freundlich und hilfreich (Schiffsverbindunen u.v.a.m.). Noch einmal vielen Dank an Katerina und Anna. Giorgos, der Besitzer kümmert sich diskret und liebevoll um Haus, Garten und Gäste. Wir verdanken ihm Super Tips für Ausflüge und Restaurants auf der Insel. Die Zugangsstrasse ist etwas rau, die letzten 2 Kilometer Schotter. Das trägt aber zum Charme des Hauses bei. Ein 4x4 ist nicht erforderlich (für tiefergelegte Fahrzeuge allerdings ungeeignet). Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!
We can highly recommend this villa. During our stay in may we felt like Robinson Cruso since the beach was almost empty during the week. The house is located in the shadow on the slope of a small bay facing the sea. In the beautiful garden there are some olive trees so it is always not to hot, which should be especially important in high season (July, August). Inside the house it is always quite fresh, we didn't need the air conditioning at all. The house is very stylish and well equipped - the owner is especially friendly and helpful. He provided the villa with Nespresso capsule machine, olive oil, herbs and spices, as well as garbage bags and washing powder and plenty of towels- thank you for that. At the outside area in the shadow there are sometimes mosquitoes, when the wind is calm (the owner provided incense sticks), but we had never mosquitoes inside the house. So very calm nights without any noises of traffic are guaranteed. Every door and window was properly provided with mosquito nets and you also found electrical mosquito control in every room of the house. The small beach right in front of the house with the direct access is amazing and the biggest highlight of the house, especially since we had the beach for ourselves most of the time. So we didn't use the pool (although it was beautiful and also had a pool shower). We spent a wonderful vacation. Christian & Katharina
Fantastic location, wonderful landscape, calm and quiet. It was a pleasure to enjoy the sea with the canoe in the morning or to have a bbq in this beautiful garden. Great host, extremly kind and helpful.
The property is stunning, loads of facilities, beautiful views, everything you would ever need, garden is the same; BBQ, plenty of seating, shade, lighting, kayaks etc.. It is all about the location though. A very quiet and secluded bay a few steps from the bottom of the garden, a jetty to sit on and watch the world go by, it is a paradise. I really cannot recommend this property enough.
This place was insane! Bit of a crazy first drive down there in our little rental but we quickly got used to it, it’s well off the beaten track.. or tarmacked at least. We felt incredibly spoilt, like we were living in some secret secluded bond villain hideaway. A bit over our usual price range but well worth the money, no regrets! It's a gorgeous little build, very modern and open. Can’t believe it has as much as it does for such a remote location. It has everything you'll need for your stay. Super fancy design, amazing kitchen, plush bedrooms, great sitting room with meaty sound system and the best views EVER from wherever you are. We loved having access to our little beach 24/7. It's mostly private but you occasionally have to share with a few local villa guests. It’s perfect for snorkelling, swimming, kayaking (provided), and sun down drinks on the small stone jetty. Giorgos was a super accommodating host, really friendly, super quick replies, great local tips. Thanks for such an amazing stay

we spend at the house three wonderful days and we wish we can do it again soon. the house is in a lovely location just in front of a private beach with crystal green-blue waters. it was very comfortable and the bedrooms were excellent with a modern style. The kids loved the pool outside the house while we could relax by the pool at the dinning table and enjoy our barbecue. Giorgos who was our host was very kind and helpful and provided us with everything we needed. seeing forward to visit the villa again!
Wonderfully peaceful location just behind a secluded beach. The house is light and airy, well kitted out, surrounded by mature gardens, nice pool - and only a mile from Sivota harbour. The owner, George, was great and really helpful during our stay.
A very tasteful and well appointed contemporary villa in the most heavenly spot. Quite a challenge to get down to but once you're there you will never want to leave. We shut ourselves off from the world and enjoyed paradise. Lying out on the jetty watching shooting stars at night was surreal. We have every intention of returning!
a wonderful location. exceptional view and beach, truly magical setting. there are 2 sea kayaks that we used every day to paddle round the bay. the loungers next to the pool are great. the facilities in the villa are all that you would expect and more. the road down to the villa is challenging ( first part is tarmac, with the balance dirt track/bumpy and very steep in places. so not for the faint hearted. But all very worth it to have a villa with your own bay and beach outside! lots of good snorkelling in the bay and we saw dolphins on the way back from Menganisi.

The spot is truly unique and the villa itself very elegant. Certain design attributes such as the egg-shaped WC set and the roof TV gave us some interesting ideas for the upcoming renovation of our home...Overall, we really had a fandastic time and we definitely plan to come back.
