New Luxury Villa Mytikas with sea view on Paleros Bay & private heated pool

A Luxury Villa built in 2019 in "Pogonia", the village across the bay from "Paleros", a few minutes' walk from the sea and the beach.
From the top floor you overlook the bay of Paleros, the Akarnian mountains and the Ionian islands, with Lefkas, Meganisi and Kalamos in the front.
Under the waterproof Pergola you can eat outside in the shade and coolness of a fan or enjoy a snack and a drink at the bar next to the outdoor kitchen with a spacious barbecue and wood-fired pizza oven.
For sun lovers there is an open lounge with access to the small swimming pool / jacuzzi and a separate sun terrace with stylish teak sun beds.
The living space upstairs combines a modern open kitchen, a comfortable lounge and a stylish dining room into a spacious loft with separate toilet.
The living space downstairs offers three spacious bedrooms with "King-Size" beds, one of which is a family room with an extra bunk bed. The master bedroom has an "en-suite" bathroom and separate toilet. The two bathrooms have double sinks, a large walk-in rain shower, electrically heated towel dryers and a hair dryer. A toilet is located outside the bathroom. You can also shower outside, with hot and cold water, for the real feeling of nature.
From each bedroom you have access to the terraces, the swimming pool and the landscaped garden. The sunrise meets you when you awaken. First enjoy a cup of coffee or tea at the bistro set in the pleasant shade of the upper floor or immediately sit in the pleasantly warm morning sun in our combination of coffee table and lounge seats.
You can work on your color from easily movable reclining seats that you can shake and knead until you are completely in perfect shape or from our stylish teak wide reclining seats with matching assortment of cushions.
If it all gets too hot for you, you can cool off under our outdoor shower or immediately dive into the swimming pool. The swimming pool has a "plage" of 1m wide and 30cm deep on which smaller children can play safely. Adults can relax on this, half in the water, half in the sun, after the necessary jobs or ball games of course. Small swimming pool / jacuzzi and large swimming pool are heated (up to 28 * C) between the Easter holidays and the autumn holidays.
You capture the romance of the setting sun from the garden, among fragrant herbs and flowers, in a specially laid out area with the familiar sun loungers
The villa is completely fenced and you have two parking places in the private driveway.

You can rent bicycles, mountain bikes, scooters, cars and boats at Paleros Travel, with Anna & Achilleas.
For water sports and lessons: small sails, surfing, stand-up paddles, canoes and pedalos you can go to the beach resort's water sports club in the bay of Paleros. Hope to see you soon and wish you a happy holiday!
