We offer accommodation in 2 newly constructed luxury private Czech-owned villas on the southeastern part of Lefkada, the most beautiful Greek island, 3 km away from the village of Evgiros, located in a bay called the Rising Sun. This absolutely quiet and peaceful place surrounded by nature and olive trees offers a beautiful view of the mythical islands of Ithaca and Kefalonia.

All villas are furnished in an unique style with attention to every detail. Each villa has large outdoor terraces and a private swimming pool with an ozone cleaning system. The villas are located directly on the coast with a private romantic access to the crystal clear sea. The water in our bay is one of the cleanest on the island and if you are lucky, you can spot dolphins or an osprey…

Villa Eva is the largest villa in Eden and features two apartments with private entrances making it perfect for two families, several couples or individual guests. You can enjoy your shared time by the swimming pool or in the seating area on the spacious terraces with a stunning view.
