Villa a Agios-Nikitas area, Lefkada, 1500 meters from the sea
La nostra nuovissima villa (prima apertura dei cancelli a maggio 2022) in vetro con 3 camere da letto è un gioiello nascosto nella natura, adagiato su una collina di pini, immerso negli uliveti sopra l'incantevole e pittoresco villaggio di Agios Nikitas e molto vicino a tutte le famose spiagge della costa occidentale (Kathisma, Agios Nikitas, Milos e la spiaggia di Pefkoulia). L'ambiente zen interno ed esterno ti darà un senso di relax e ti aiuterà a ricaricare le batterie e a connetterti con la natura. La villa offre viste rilassanti sul mare e sulle montagne oltre, la massima privacy con pace e tranquillità. Accessibile da una stradina tranquilla e su un ampio viale tra gli ulivi, la casa e la piscina sono circondate da muri in pietra color miele e giardini a gradoni! La villa ha 3 piani e tutte le nostre camere offrono una vista sull'area esterna! Quando entri nella villa, ti ritrovi al piano terra, c'è un grande spazio condiviso tra il grande soggiorno e la cucina completamente attrezzata a pianta aperta. Il soggiorno con le sue ampie porte finestre offre una splendida vista sulla piscina, sul mare e sugli alberi che circondano la villa mentre la luce del sole riscalda la villa con energia positiva! C'è una smart TV in ogni stanza e una buona connessione Wifi! La scala che conduce al piano giardino vi porterà alle 2 camere da letto con bagno privato e ad un piccolo salotto con accesso diretto al parcheggio. Segui la scala che ti porta al primo piano per scoprire la camera da letto principale con bagno privato vista mare con ampio balcone dove puoi rilassarti e goderti il panorama! Tornando al piano terra, uscendo dalla zona soggiorno c'è un grande tavolo dove puoi gustare deliziosi pasti con i tuoi cari! Dalla cucina e dalla zona pranzo si accede all'ampio spazio a bordo piscina. Lì troverai un comodo salotto dove puoi rilassarti e goderti il panorama! C'è anche un patio a bordo piscina dove puoi fare il tuo esercizio di yoga mattutino e goderti l'aria fresca! La piscina offre ampie ore di sole ma puoi goderti anche parti naturali in ombra, se vuoi ringiovanire! I recently stayed at Cosy Villa Ersi in Lefkada, and it was absolutely perfect! The villa is stunning, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The views from the villa were breathtaking, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was ideal – close to beaches and local attractions, yet peaceful and private. The villa was equipped with everything we needed, and the attention to detail was impressive. The host name Kostas was very welcoming and made sure we had everything for a comfortable stay. Whether lounging by the pool or enjoying a meal outside the pool, every moment was enjoyable. I highly recommend Cosy Villa Ersi for anyone looking for a luxurious and tranquil escape in Lefkada. Can’t wait to return!
The Glass House is a superb property, with every imaginable holiday need catered for. Beautifully furnished, comfortable and just very luxurious. It was absolutely blissful to be up in the hills with no noisy neighbours, yet only a five minute drive from the delightful little village, where there were plenty of restaurants and food shops. It truly is a glass house, with fabulous views from every window. The huge glass doors were well served by bug screens so you could open them in the evening but not get bitten alive! Or if needed you could just use the remote controls to switch on the air con. The pool was perfect - with plenty of room to lounge around it then cool off in it when needed. The fact that is is salt water was an added bonus - no horrible chlorine smell, but also no sea salt smell, just beautiful clear water.
A little piece of Paradise. In a perfect private location with stunning views. The Glass House is modern and stylish, immaculately presented, with everything you could wish for. The pool is lovely with lots of seating and sun beds. Perfect for relaxing and recharging. We visited the local restaurants in the evenings, all offering a great selection of local dishes and amazing seafood. There are bars overlooking the sea and beautiful beaches. It ticked everything on our wish list. We didn’t want to come home!
Villa Glass House is the 15th place we have stayed on Lefkada and, overall, the best. It is a supremely comfortable and well equipped home, very private and secluded but close to all amenities. We enjoyed an extended stay there in September 2023 and would (will) go back in an instant given the opportunity. We usually stay in the south of the island, but Villa Glass House is only 20 minutes from Lefkada Town, and 25 minutes from the mainland, which means that excursions beyond the island itself are more feasible. Agios Nikitas is of course a delight, and is a five minute drive away. Some of the best west coast beaches are in easy reach. All in all, a superb villa in a great location. Highly recommended.

Communication was excellent all through the booking process, to our arrival. Office, resort staff have been fabulous. We have had a fabulous stay here. The Villa was as described in the write up, and really did exceed our expectations, very homely. A simply stunning property both inside and out! A credit to its owners. 5 Star throughout! WOW! A relaxing and entirely brilliant stay at Villa Glass House, which looks even better in reality than the many photos on VRBO. A word of thanks to local agents Lefkada Rentals too, who came up with some great recommendations - Egremni Beach was especially stunning- and stepped in immediately when we needed to find a dentist in a hurry. All told, a fine way to commemorate our anniversary and highly recommended!
The villa truly exceeded all my expectations. The photos do not do it justice, it is so much better when you are there. From the drive up to the villa to every single feature in this outstanding villa, inside and outside. Zacherenia from Lefkada rentals was great, she ensured we were comfortable during our stay and gave great recommendations of where to go. The villa was immaculately clean with everything you’d want from a luxurious stay, it was so well equipped. The villa pool was warm all day. Although we were high in the mountains and were secluded we had sea views and were a 5 minute drive to Agios Nikitas. We had an amazing holiday in a truly exceptional villa

This villa captivates with the wonderful view, the pleasant atmosphere, the modern style, the wonderfully warm pool and the absolute tranquility in the middle of the beautifully situated olive grove. The Glass Villa is absolutely recommended !!!
We had an amazing 10 night stay at Glass Villa. It is in the most beautiful location which is so tranquil & secluded & the views are breathtaking. However within a 4 minute drive you are in Agios Nikitas with lots of fabulous restaurants. The Villa itself is stunning, spotlessy clean with a great sized pool which we spent our days relaxing by. We didn’t want to leave! A big thank you to Zacharenia who provides the best service & goes above & beyond to ensure everything is perfect for your stay. This place is definitely 5 star!!!
