La nostra Villa Ventalia con 3 camere da letto, situata a pochi minuti dal villaggio di Nikiana, è costruita con un design d'interni tradizionale che offre una vista panoramica infinita sul mare sul lato est dell'isola di Lefkada!
La grande piscina privata e l'ampio spazio esterno, prevalentemente ricoperto di erba, lo rendono un luogo ideale per famiglie con bambini!
La villa ha 3 piani e tutte le camere offrono una vista sull'area esterna! Quando entri nella villa, ti ritrovi al piano terra, c'è un grande spazio condiviso tra il grande soggiorno e la cucina completamente attrezzata a pianta aperta. Il soggiorno con le sue porte finestre offre mare e accesso immediato alla piscina e all'area esterna! Il divano letto nel soggiorno può essere convertito in un letto matrimoniale di dimensioni 1,40x1,90 m, rendendolo un comodo letto per altri 2 ospiti! C'è anche un bagno con WC.
Attraverso una scala ci si trova al 1° piano, nella spaziosa camera matrimoniale, con un letto matrimoniale queen size, camino, minifrigo, bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Hai anche accesso al balcone dove puoi rilassarti e ammirare il panorama mozzafiato!
Al 2° piano troverete altre 2 camere da letto con letti queen size, un mini frigorifero in una delle camere da letto e anche un bagno con doccia che è in comune e si trova tra le 2 camere da letto.
La vista panoramica dal 2° piano sarà qualcosa che rimarrà nella tua mente per sempre!
AL FUORI
Nell'area esterna della proprietà, potrete divertirvi nell'area della piscina privata mentre i bambini possono giocare sia in piscina, sia nell'ampia area coperta di prato.
Per l'ombra tanto necessaria durante la mattinata, puoi nasconderti sotto il pergolato dal design accattivante o sotto il grande ombrellone!
C'è anche un barbecue a gas nella zona, quindi puoi goderti i tuoi pasti al tavolo da pranzo all'aperto!

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Villa Ventalia. The villa is beautiful and has everything you might need. The pool is great, super clean and large enough for a proper swim! The bedrooms, balconies and garden have incredible views of the beautiful sea and mountains behind. The location is peaceful and quiet but within easy reach of Nidri town (10 min drive), plenty of beaches (nearest is 10 min drive and there are many more also close by) and Lefkada town (20 min drive). The host and check-in representative were both so friendly and accommodating. We had a mid-stay clean which was fantastic, and the pool was cleaned daily. We have fallen in love with Lefkada and Villa Ventalia was the perfect base for our holiday. Thank you! We hope to return to this beautiful island, and Villa Ventalia, soon!

We spent a beautiful week here with our 4 children. Everything is wonderful. Of course, the pool was the best experience for the children. But the entire villa is beautiful, clean, spacious, equipped with everything you might need on vacation. The approach is better from the south. A car is required. The owner is kind and helpful. Pool cleaning every morning. Administration with the office is amazingly simple, flexible and fast. Everything can be arranged and discussed online or by phone. The view of the sea cannot be described, it has to be seen :)

Arriving at Villa Ventalia you are immediately presented with the most phenomenal views of the island. We never tired of them as we sat out enjoying morning coffees, pool time and evening bbqs. The villa was well equipped and provided a great base for both chilled days in the sun enjoying the pool and sun loungers, or heading out for a day of exploring the island. I would definitely recommend having a car though. The owner himself, George was a real delight and ensured the pool was cleaned early everyday. The additional extras/gifts were such a lovely gesture and added a real personal touch to our stay. We stayed as a group of 8 - 4 adults, 4 young children and felt like we had plenty of space within the villa and outside space. Lefkada was a real beauty and we had a wonderful summer holiday. Definitely would recommend villa ventalia if you are lucky enough to find availability!
Am stat 7 nopti în această vilă. Personalul este foarte prietenos si te ajută cu absolut tot ce îi ceri. Locul de parcare este acoperit, curtea este superbă. Camere sunt foarte mari. Exista aer condiționat în toata casa. Dacă doriți să gătiți aveți tot ce este nevoie. Wi-Fi foarte bun. Sunt multe lucruri bune de spus. Totul este superb! Recomand!

Don’t think twice to book this place. Very clean with an amazing view. Very good communication with staff, every morning they came to clean the pool and take the rubbish out. You’ll find everything you need there and you dreamed of. Thank you, very much for hosting us!

Amazing views! 😀 Amazing villa! Comfortable and spacious. Clean! Great hospitality, owners will get you whatever you need to make your stay great! 5 minutes from Nydri and 15-18 minutes from Lefkada. Pantazis tavern 5 minutes away! Makes you feel like home. Private, safe and quiet.

The sea view is incredible. The garden is a great place for our babies to play safely. The house really has everything, beautiful and comfortable rooms and spotless. It was one of the best vacation experiences we've ever had
