Villa Rubini è una villa in pietra su due piani con una vista mozzafiato. Curata in ogni singolo dettaglio e realizzata con uno stile tradizionale, la villa è in perfetta armonia con la bellezza dell' ambiente naturale che la circonda.
Situata in un posto tranquillo, questa villa per le vacanze è a soli cinque minuti dalla città di Lefkada. Ha una piscina privata e, essendo anche abbastanza vicino al mare, offre entrambe le scelte ai propri ospiti.
La Villa
Villa Rubini si trova ad Apolpena, un villaggio a 5 minuti dalla città di Lefkada e dalle spiagge di Agios Ioannis, Milos e Gyra. E' costruita con pietra e legno in uno stile tradizionale e al tempo stesso moderno. Dispone di una piscina privata con vista eccezionale e un di orto dove crecsono frutta e verdura fresca che potete utilizzare per le vostre insalate! Ha un grande barbecue e un forno a legna tradizionale.
L' Esterno della Villa
C'è una bella terrazza di pietra, un loggiato e un bel giardino che godono tutti di una vista magnifica sulla città di Lefkada, la laguna, il Castello di Santa Maura, il Mar Ionio e, in lontananza, la Grecia continentale. Troverete anche una piscina privata, un grande barbecue e un forno tradizionale in pietra, un balcone ombreggiato e una doccia esterna nell' area piscina.
Il piano terra
Al piano terra e' situato un soggiorno con camino e porte finestre che si affacciano sulla piscina. C'è una cucina e una zona pranzo. Il tutto in un ambiente open space ampio e luminoso. Troverete anche una camera con un letto singolo. Un bagno con doccia.
Al primo piano si trovano: una camera con letto matrimoniale e un proprio bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio. Inoltre una seconda camera con due letti singoli e un bagno con doccia.
Villa Rubini: Progettata dal suo proprietario-architetto, questa villa in pietra su due piani con una vista mozzafiato, è stata costruita per offrire vacanze indimenticabili ai propri ospiti. Sopra il verde dell'isola e sotto il sole greco dell' estate, il lusso incontra la bellezza della natura.

Villa Rubini is a wonderful villa with the most incredible views! The villa is well equipped and clean and everything you would want in a home away from home. It was wonderful to swim in the pool each day whilst enjoying the fantastic view! The garden was very pretty and we were able to pick fresh limes straight from the tree! The owner was discreet and kind and the rental company (Lefkada Rentals) was excellent and extremely helpful when our daughter needed to attend A and E due to a skin allergy. We would highly recommend this villa!

The care to attention by the owner and staff, the location both of Lefkada and Villa Rubini, the views and overall the ability for the villa to appear like a home rather than a rental property, makes a visit to Villa Rubini the perfect getaway.
We had a great stay, the place was spotless clean. One of the most beautiful views. The walk to Lefkas town takes about 35-45 min, but by car takes 5-10 min. Thank you for the great holiday.
The stay at Villa Rubini was absolutely fabulous. We all loved the place, the view(the view!!), the cleaningness and everything. Anna, the host, was super friendly and supportive. Top marks. If anything one downside of this location is that on a very beautiful island like Lefkada you tend to spend more time partying in the pool, watching the view than going to the beaches :) Looking forward to come back.
Madrassene var litt for harde, og det var mye maur inne. Ellers var huset et fantastisk ferie hus. God plass og velutstyrt med alt vi trengte. Hyggelig frukthage rundt villaen. Our family enjoyed the most wonderful time at Villa Rubini. It was the perfect stay - fabulous views, lovely pool and the quality of the villa and it’s facilities were just amazing. We enjoyed picking the peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and aubergines from the garden which we cooked on the charcoal bbq and even cooked homemade pizza in the wood fire oven! Thank you to everyone who made our holiday special - Lefkada Holiday Rentals were so helpful throughout our stay and the owner was so lovely. We shall be back !
We stayed in Villa Rubini for 6 nights and had a lovely time. The house was of high quality and the pool area exceeded our expectations. The view was spectacular both day and night. We would love to come back again and would also recommend it without a doubt.

Wonderful villa with an amazing owner for whom nothing is too much trouble but who respects your privacy perfectly. If it were a bit more isolated, then this would be the perfect villa. And if you like fresh fruit and veg, the owner gives you a regular supply from his garden
Beautiful house with breathtaking view of Lefkas town. Wonderful garden and clean pool. House is well-maintained, and appliances worked well. It’s about 7 minutes by car to Lefkas port, and 30-60 minutes to the best beaches.

We had the best time at Villa Rubini. It made our vacation in the Lefkada Island even more amazing. The villa has every commodity you need, a nice pool, BBQ, stone oven, a big garden where you can take fresh fruits and vegetables every time you desire and the view is exceptional. It was amazing waking up with that view every morning and spending the evenings outside enjoying the city view by night. So I highly recommend it.
Best holiday experience in Greece We have been coming to Villa Rubini for several years each summer, it is always the same pleasure to enjoy the fantastic villa, the pool and the great view. The villa is super clean and well equiped and we always are very warmly welcomed by the owner and his familly.

Das Haus ist groß, geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. 5 Personen haben bequem Platz. Toll sind die gepflegten Außenanlage mit Pool, Grill, Terrasse und Liegen. Mit einem Mietwagen ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt. Anna war jederzeit erreichbar bei Fragen und Problemen... Alles was wir bräuchten war da.
I had a great time at Villa Rubini! Villa Rubini was luxurious,totally private Villa with outstanding view of Lefkada,far away from noise but close enough to town to shop,go to bars and restaurants and to the amazing beaches that are close to town!Just what I needed for a romantic gateway!I totally suggest it... Anna,you were really kind and helpful and you made my stay a memorable one! I will definitely come back in the near future!

The people that welcomed us in the villa were amazing, really kind and really friendly!They helped us with everything we needed! The villa is in an amazing spot with breathtaking view and only 5 minutes from the city of Lefkada! I think is the ideal place to enjoy your vacations and relax! My family really enjoyed it because we had the privacy we wanted but we were also really close to the city, so my son could enjoy all the activities were taking place in the center of the city!
