Nicky apartment will offer you a comfortable and calm stay, in a quiet neighborhood that is located in the city centre, just 5 minutes walk from the central shops and the bars, restaurants. It is located between 2 supermarkets, 3 minutes from the nearby bakery and 10 minutes walk from the city buses. The nearest beach (Agios Ioannis Beach) is 2 km away.

At Nicky apartment you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a 40 "TV an air-condition and a large closet. In the living room there is a sofa which becomes a comfortable bed.
At the frontyard, the place is ideal for breakfast and coffee, as the sun rises at the back of the building and the necessary coolness is provided.
At the back of the building, there is another courtyard enclosed with lawn for afternoon relaxation after the sea, before the night walk in the city center and the bars.
I can arrange car, scooter or bike rental for you at special prices.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival. If booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, a full refund will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days prior to arrival. After this period has passed and if the cancellation is made up to 7 days before arrival, a 50% refund is given. After this period has passed, the money is not refundable.
