A cozy, spacious and luxurious villa in the heart of the historical center of Lefkada town!

Limanaki villa is designed to offer its occupants a unique experience through the combination of luxury spacious rooms, modern amenities into the environment of the picturesque old city of Lefkada, just a few meters from the sea and complete privacy at the same time. As it can comfortably accommodate 6 persons, it is ideal for families and friends travelling together and children of all ages are welcome.

Offering a warm and inviting ambience, the interior design of the villa has a comfortable and light ethnic flair to it, with white walls and wooden furniture.

The house is spread on 2 levels/floors.
On the ground floor there is a large and bright, cozy living room, decorated with Mediterranean colors and aesthetics, with TV, an open plan kitchen and a WC with a shower extra. The contemporary kitchen is designed with clean lines, lots of storage, functionality and brand-new appliances that seamlessly integrated (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee makers, kettle, tableware). Here, there is also a big yard with outdoor furniture, dining table tastefully decorated with plants and lighting.

The first floor is prepared to comfortably accommodate 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms with luxury mattresses, spacious closets and a big bathroom.
The residence is fully air-conditioned and provides full free wi-fi internet access.

Limanaki villa is located at walking distance from all restaurants, coffee shops and commercial shops, only 10 steps from the lagoon, only 10 steps from the nearest restaurants and bars, 4 mins walk from the main street and all the shops. The beaches of Gyra, Kastro and Agios Ioannis are only 2 km away and all the other famous beaches of the island are easily accessible by car or motorbike.
