Das Hotel liegt innerhalb von 2000 qm.M. von Rasen, inmitten eines schönen Gartens aller Arten von Bäumen und einem Wald neben dem 60 qm.M. Privater Pool. Der Blick auf das Meer und die kleinen Inseln um (einschließlich Onassis Scorpions) ist wunderbar, die ganze Umgebung sehr ruhig und entspannend, ruhig, ideal für Kinder, die einen Platz im Freien brauchen, um zu spielen. Das auto ist unerlässlich, damit Sie die Insel Lefkas durchstreifen können, der Besitzer ist jedoch bereit, sich im Voraus um sie zu kümmern. Μου άρεσε η βεράντα, η πισίνα, ο όμορφος κήπος, ο οικοδεσπότης είναι πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Δεν υπάρχουν κουνουπιέρες στα παράθυρα, αλλά υπάρχει κλιματισμός. Ο εξοπλισμός του καταλύματος είναι απλός, αλλά έχει όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν. Ετοιμάσαμε το πρωινό μας στο κατάλυμα και χρησιμοποιήσαμε το γκριλ έξω μερικές φορές. Υπήρχαν αρκετά πιάτα για αυτό. Προμηθευτήκαμε κάρβουνα για το μπάρμπεκιου. Υπάρχουν 2 καλά μεγάλα ψυγεία. Πήραμε το σπίτι καθαρό, ήταν δουλειά μας να το κρατήσουμε σε τάξη. Υπήρχαν σκούπες και σφουγγαρίστρες, και αγοράσαμε καθαριστικά και απορρυπαντικά για ρούχα. Ο οικοδεσπότης είναι ανοιχτός σε αιτήματα. Πρέπει να είσαι γενναίος για να τον πλησιάσεις. Περισσότερα μπάνια είναι ένα μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα. Από άποψη σχέσης ποιότητας/τιμής, δεν υπάρχει τίποτα που να μην αρέσει. Το κατάλυμα είναι άνετο για 10 άτομα. Ένας άντρας κοιμόταν στο σαλόνι. The house is dated, this is no problem but the amount of filth is. Little flies everywhere, in the fridge, sinks, ,bathrooms, in en outside of all the cabinets. The quiet hours are not respected by the owners. You will hear shouting, stamping and furniture shuffling over the floor upstairs. We've booked for two weeks, but fled after one week to another villa. The owners will try to cash behind the back of rental companies, PLEASE DON'T. We have filed an official police report at the police station. The owner will not do or say anything to discuss or meet you in the middle. This property does not deserve to be rented out or getting a licence. We were absolutely unsatisfied.
Nice place, green around, playing area for children, ithe apartment is not brand new but it is very cosy and big, we met Miltos the owner, nice guy, very discreet, in general what you see in the photos is there, no fake things, swimming pool is also big and private.
The place is very beautiful, the apartment is beside the private pool, there are 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms one wc, living room and kitchen with all the basic, we liked also the barbeque area , there is private parking space also, Miltos the owner to s very friendly and helpful, whenever we needed him was there
Nice quiet position with shaded garden and a nice pool. House would comfortably sleep eight. House is clean but basic . There was absolutely no food not even salt and pepper or cleaning equipment so visit the shops before arriving.
