    Photographs help your guests imagine themselves in your rental, so add plenty of high resolution photos of the interior and the exterior. Set your pricing by season and keep your availability up to date, with calendar synchronization with other booking platforms.

  2. Receive direct requests

    As an IonianHolidays.com host you communicate directly with your potential guests. We send you an automatic email notification as soon as you have a new booking request or inquiry.

  3. Reply and accept

    Answer booking requests and inquiries, or make a special offer. When you receive a booking request as a pending booking, you choose to accept or reject it.

How do I list my property on IonianHolidays.com?

Fill in the registration form on this page and we will be in touch. You then manage your listing from your online owner account: description, photos, seasonal prices and calendar.

How much does it cost to list a property?

There are three annual plans, billed in EUR: Per-Booking at 0 EUR per year with a fee per confirmed booking, Advanced at 100 EUR per year with a 50% discount in the first year, and Premium at 200 EUR per year.

How do I receive reservation requests?

Guests send booking requests and inquiries directly to you. We email you automatically for every new request. You can reply, accept or reject a pending booking, or make a special offer.

Which islands can I list a property in?

Corfu, Lefkada, Kefalonia, Zakynthos and the Ionian coast.
