What does the Premium plan add?

Premium includes everything in Advanced, plus a top-listed position in our search results, featured listings across the site sections, and special social-media promotion for discounts and last-minute offers.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can upgrade your plan at any time. There is no refund when you downgrade.

Can I list several properties?

Yes. You select the plan you want for each property. For 3 or more rentals there are discounts on subscription-based listings.

Is there a commission on bookings?

Per-Booking listings pay a commission-based fee on each confirmed booking. On Advanced and Premium, we keep a smaller commission only when guests pay through our platform, to cover the credit card transaction fees. If guests pay you directly, we do not keep anything.

What is the 50% first-year discount?

When you register a property on the Advanced plan, you pay 50 € instead of 100 € for the first year.

How can I pay for my plan?

You can pay by wire transfer, credit card, Revolut or cash.
