Villa in Lefkada area, Lefkada, 2000 meters from the sea
The villas is 2 km outside the town of Lefkada, in a very quiet and peaceful place. It is surrounded of trees and flowers. It is a maisonette and it has three levels (floors).
The lowest is the entrance of the parking and it is a room shoe case and a storeroom. The stairs are leading you to the next floor where there are the kitchen (which is fully equipped), the two living rooms, the dining room, one bedroom and one bathroom with a washing machine.
Outside the kitchen there is an area with a barbeque, which leads on the garden. You can enjoy your drinks, reading and the calmness of the nature around you. At the last floor, there are a small living room with a piano and 3 bedrooms, where the two of them have bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are big (over 16m²) and have big wardrobes. The three of them have double beds and balconies. The one bedroom has two single beds, which could become easily one big double bed. 2 Extra people can sleep in sofa beds at extra cost!!!
There is Wi-Fi as well.
The manager of the villa lives on the ground floor, with a separate entrance; you might see them only in the parking area, so if you need anything they can help you.
The nearest beach is Agios Ioannis in 3 km specially for kitesurfing and windsurfing. The parking is big enough and has place for more than one car.
There is also in 500 meters a coffee shop and in 700 meters two supermarkets in different directions. There are many gas stations around the area.

Violet and her husband are the best hosts ever, very friendly and helpful. They provided promptly everything we needed. The villa is amazing, exactly like in the photos, very clean and with all the facilities. It has large terraces and a large barbeque area. Close to the Lefkada Town center (from where you can buy souvenirs), close to a beach, close to markets and Lidl.
The house was our second home. It has perfect architecture both inside and outside. Well organized spaces from the parking, the yard, terraces and inside rooms. Just perfect every corner of the house. The owners are the best hosts you could imagine.
The owners were amazing! They gave us all the information about the beaches. The villa is huge and really clean. The kitchen has everything.
Everything was nice, exceeded our expecrations, indeed a luxury well equiped villa. Recommend!
