The new luxurious and modern facility (constructed in 2011, fully renewed in 2014) is placed at Lefkada, the true smaragdenio (emerald) island of the Ionian and consist from three independent 2 floor villas incorporating, among other things, a private pool, a garden, uninterrupted pressured water supply and an independent parking space for each villa. Every villa is able to accommodate 4 to 6 persons and ensures that you and your family or friends will be enjoying the most comfortably and relaxing holidays.

Taking care of every detail and by putting our personal love we accomplished to create a facility which is combined in full harmony to the environment, in an area where the dynamic presence of the nature in Lefkada is very strong despite the fact that the capital of the island is in a distance of 2 km and 800 meters from the beach of Ai Giannis. The location of the site is being selected on purpose so that it will provide you with a variety of activities during your stay, combining activities for people who love the nature with extreme sports and amusingly water-sports. Choose your own way and let the landscape itself guide you in its compelling or relaxing paths where the only important factor is your fantasy in order to experience the holidays you have been dreaming of!
