Offering a giant comfortable corner sofa and 60 inch smart tv. This new villa offers 4 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, and a further bathroom in the living area, all on the same floor. Making this villa perfect for all ages. Each room is individually designed with unique modern facilites. Air-conditining throughout the property and of course WI-FI. Outside you will find a private pool and large terrace patio area with a gas BBQ, hammock and sun loungers. Perfect for complete relaxation and privacy. If this is not enough each room has a spectacular view of Milos Beach from every angle and can be accessed by steps directly down to the beautiful sandy beach.

Groceries and tavernas can be found in the village of Agios Nikitas, a 2 minute drive away... or just a ten minute walk!

The villas are available from 2pm on the day of arrival Guests are requested to vacate the villas not later than 11 am on the day of departure. We will try to be as flexible as possible. This will depend on each individual case and other bookings. If we are forwarded travel details, we will try to accommodate guests with difficult flight times. Luggage storage is no problem.
Changeovers on Sunday or Saturday (in principal). If bookings allow it can be flexible
