Villa in Sivota area, Lefkada, 1500 meters from the sea

cushiony seats and a small coffee table ready to accommodate relaxing
evenings in the company of the vibrant view of the sea.
The living room is located on the ground floor and boasts a glass sliding door
which apart from offering a breathtaking view of the Ionian blue, opens to the
outdoors thus providing easy access to the pool. It is equipped with a spacious
sofa and stylish coffee table, a small dining area, a Smart TV with local and
European channels that comes along with a PlayStation 4 for everyone's
enjoyment, and of course wireless internet which extends to both floors of the
house as well as the pool area.
There is a kitchen adjacent to the living room; modern, rich in electrical
appliances such as an espresso machine, dishwasher, fridge and utensils for
every need.
The external part of the villa includes the infinity pool - designed in a way that
makes its water look like it spills into the ocean in the port- sunbeds with side
tables, an outside dining area for family meals in the fresh air and a background
view of the place. To maximise convenience, an outdoor shower is provided,
and to further enhance the out-of-doors experience, a built-in BBQ (Barbeque)
corner will allow guests to elevate their gastronomy skills.
Alternatively, a walk (approximately 15-20 minutes) or drive (approximately 5 minutes) to
the lively village of Sivota will supply a wide variety of local Greek taverns to choose from,
all most promising to cater to those looking to enjoy traditional Greek cuisine.
