This inviting villa can accommodate up 10 people amidst 7.000 sqm of olive groves, fruit trees, oaks, and cypresses, all fenced and perfectly accessible. Our main concern is to keep always the needed comfort and privacy for our guests.

Outdoors: the extensive manicured gardens with olive and fruit trees come with the stone-paved pool area. Provided sun loungers, parasols, and a wooden hammock surround the private swimming pool and the whirlpool spa. A gazebo by the pool hosts the relaxing outdoor sitting area. A wood-stone undercover BBQ area with dining furniture and a helpful kitchenette is ready for dining ''al fresco'' under the big willow tree.

THE BUILDINGS
The 4 bedroom villa consists of the Main Building and a Self-Contained Studio (Guesthouse) in the lower garden level. The intriguingly designed by the owner Main Building with its bright and spacious interior is elegantly decorated. Spanning 3 levels impress with its roofs and the open-plan areas. 6 people can be accommodated here.
The Guesthouse is a newly built flat space of 35 sqm in the lower garden level near the pool. Featuring a Double Bed space, a second relaxing Lounge (with a double bed sofa), a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a washing machine, that perfectly accommodates 4 people.

Bedroom 4 - Guesthouse, immediate access to the garden and the pool area

The two bedrooms on the top floor are accessed by their own staircase and enjoy valley and pool view each from their own balcony. All bedrooms are equipped with contemporary beds, individual units of AC, ceiling fans, windows, and patio doors with mosquito’s nets. Linens, towels, and pool towels are included in the rental rate.

PAYMENT TERMS
Prices concern accommodation for up to 6 persons. For each extra person +25 euros/night.
Travelers pay a booking deposit to book
Due at time of booking: 30% (Bank Transfer). Balance paid upon the arrival
CANCELLATION TERMS:
Guest pays the full balance on time, they can receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid by the cancelation date if they cancel at least four weeks before check-in.
All guests may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours after their booking is confirmed, provided their stay is at least 60 days away.
