New melivaroni 2bedroom house, 10 min drive from West Coast’s beaches

Melivaroni is a brand new 2 bedroom ground floor house located in the mountain on the west coast of the island, above the village of Tsoukalades. It is 700m from the village for essential groceries (very well appointed minimarket) and taverns, less than 10 minutes drive from the beautiful Pefkoulia beach and the living Lefkada town, and 15 minutes from the picturesque fishing village of Aghios Nikitas.

Sleeping four (up to 6), it has one double bedroom ensuite, one twin (becoming double) bedroom and a barbecue area.

Terraces and an aromatic garden surround the house. The location offers the most beautiful Lefkadian sunsets, and gorgeous views from every part to the Ionian sea, Paxos and Corfu. It is a perfect starting point for the island discovery!

Local cypress woods for the beams and handcrafted stone from the ground for the thick walls have been used for this beautiful construction. The structure, half timber frame and half stone, is inspired by the old traditional Lefkadian construction. The grounds of polished cement add to the simple and warm atmosphere.

Main entrance into an open plan living/dining area and 3 sets of French windows that open onto terrace. A well appointed kitchen with all the cooking facilities: electric kettle, electric toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Free WIFI connection, safe, first aid kit, plus other little items to make your holiday comfortable.
Prices are on the basis of 4 up to 6 persons.

Special prices for less than 4 persons (except July and August).

The rental price includes:
• all taxes, facilities, linen, towels, beach towels, natural hand and body soaps, cleaning service every 3 or 4 days, garden maintenance, Travel Guide with map, history, culture, sightseeing recommendations
• All cleaning products (washing machine and dish washer products, sponges, garbage bags,..) and toilet paper are also provided.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
30% booking advance – 70% balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment required.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Cancellation must be advised in writing, sent to the owner with electronic mail, and is effective as soon as receipt of the message is acknowledged by the owner. The following cancellation charges will be payable, depending upon the number of days prior to arrival the owner receives your cancellation message.

GUARANTEE
On your arrival, you will be asked for a guarantee deposit, which will be given back to you on the day or your departure, after inventory checking. In the event of damages and after estimate, those will be deducted from your guarantee. The possible surplus will be charged to you.

Particular conditions:
For the winter season period, cleaning service and heating costs are not included in the price.

Responsability:
We release ourselves from all disturbances generated by climatic phenomena. Any stay that we would be forced to cancel entirely will involve in simple refunding of the sums paid by the customer without allowance for him to claim. Any stay interrupted because of the customer for any reason, cannot give rise to a refunding.
