Beautiful newly build villas with private swimming pool surrounded by olive

Surrounded by olive groves, our villa complex enjoy a convenient location on the west side of Lefkada, where the magnificent beaches lie, and 6km from Lefkada city. It is also located 300m from the center of Tsoukalades village where you can find restaurants, cafes, mini markets, a bakery and a pharmacy.

There are three villas in a row in this complex. The first two villas can accommodate 4 to 5 people and are designed exactly the same way.
Entering the ground floor you will find the living room, that consists of a 3-seat couch, a smart TV, air-conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. On the ground floor you will also find a double bedroom with a spacious wardrobe, air-conditioning and a balcony door that leads to the outdoor area. The bathroom at the same floor has a shower and a washing machine. On the upper floor, there is a double bedroom as well, with its own bathroom and a west looking terrace that takes beautiful glimpses of the sunset. The third villa can accommodate up to 6 people in three spacious bedrooms, each one with it’s own bathroom.

All the houses are decorated in a romantic and sophisticated manner, with quality furniture and beds/matresses carefully selected to provide the greatest comfort. At the garden of each villa there is a swimming pool and an external dinning area. A robust wi-fi network connects the guests to a high speed internet service.
