Villa Mimosa - An expansive and luxury property!

Villa Mimosa is a superb and expansive Balinese styled property. It is set in beautiful grounds with panoramic views of the Ionian Sea. Secluded and tranquil, this is the perfect holiday destination for large groups or families. Designed by famed Italian architect, Giovanni Bellegamba, this residence is carefully planned to offer its occupants a unique experience, through the meticulous blend of spacious rooms and ample vistas. The design is distinctly Balinese, with original custom made Balinese doors, water features and furniture have been used throughout, creating an instantly immersed feeling of Eastern tradition and spirituality. The property itself comprises of the main house, with fully fitted kitchen, living room, dining room and TV room. The main house is complimented by our master villa and four guest villas. The master villa includes a spacious bedroom and bathroom, dressing room, living room, twin bedroom and plunge pool. All guest villas include two main bedrooms suites and a shared living room. On the estates gracious and immaculately kept grounds, guests can enjoy seclusion in one of two meditation pavilions or a massage in the third pavilion. For the more active guest there is plenty of opportunity to stroll through the multilevel grounds enjoying the lush gardens and the shade of the olive trees. There is a 196 sqm lagoon style infinity pool with spectacular views and plenty of space for lounging. During any spare time, guests can take a 20 minute walk to the ideally located, lively town of Nydri. Here guests can experience a variety of shops, bars, restaurants and water sports. Perigiali Beach can also be accessed easily from the property, either a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive away.

5. CHANGES & CANCELLATION BY YOU
 
5.1. If you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. We shall make every effort to meet your request but cannot guarantee compliance with such requests.
5.2. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us immediately in writing. The following cancellation policy shall apply:
 
If Cancellation is made
 
More than 8 weeks before first day of rental
Initial Payment and Second Payment will not be refunded
Less than 8 weeks before first day of rental
Total Booking Value is payable in full.
The Damages Deposit will be refunded in full if already paid by yourselves.
