"Amadryades villas" is a complex of three independent stone-made villas. Villa Terina is the second villa of the complex and is ideal for romantic or family vacation.
Designed and built with a lot of taste, you will be impressed by the villa’s architecture and traditional style. Stone and lumber are two elements that coexist and create an excellent aesthetic result. Their amphitheatrical location and their excellent positioning ensure a view you will never forget.
Villa Terina is a two story villa and is 80m2. The villa can host up to 6 people and is offered for happy family vacation. The stone floors, the visible roof and the balcony dominate the place and stand out in the property. The villa consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 ensuite Jacuzzi hydro-massage bathrooms, 1 common WC in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen combined with dinning area and sitting room. Two extra people can sleep in one king-size double sofa bed.
Specifically, the first floor consists of a bedroom with its own bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi tub, the kitchen, dining room area, sitting room and the WC.
From the living room and sitting area you can overlook the pool and sea. Day or night, the pool is the gathering spot for everyone giving away fun time unforgettable moments.
The private pool area gives a spectacular view of the Ionian Sea and invites you to relax outside with friends or family. The stunning sunsets with their wide range of colours will offer unforgettable magical moments and the high-end balcony will make you feel that you are hoovering above the sea.
The second floor is consisted of the second bedroom with its ensuite bathroom with a hydromassage Jacuzzi bath tub.
The spacious bedrooms with a king size beds will ensure a comfortable relaxing sleep and the jacuzzi hydromassage bathtubs will add a little extra luxury to your stay.
There is also a garden and a playground in the complexes' common space. As well as a secure parking area!
The villa is located in the verdant and quiet environment of the traditional Greek village of Hortata on the west coast of Lefkas. Being on the west coast offers you the opportunity to visit all the famous and amazing beaches of Lefkada island, such as porto Katsiki, Egremni, Gialos, Kathisma (7 km away), Milos beach etc.
CANCELLATIONS.
• Cancellation more than 270 days before the arrival date, we keep 10% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation between 270 days and 30 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 30 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.

Die Unterkunft in Chortata ist ruhig gelegen und bietet genug Platz für mindestens 4 Personen. Der Pool und der Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang haben uns super gefallen. Es ist eigentlich alles da, was man benötigt. Der Check In wurde wunderbar von Kosta durchgeführt und er half uns gleich mit Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit auf Lefkada.
Great patio with unheated pool where you can watch amazing sunsets every night. The interior needs updating to brighten it up and make it more comfortable. We found the mattresses very hard. The owner was very friendly and helpful.
A wonderful villa. It had everything we needed. Clean, with a beautiful sea view. The pool was great. A very good base for exploring the area. Excellent communication with Kostas. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Schönes Haus Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber, immer hilfsbereit.
Das Haus ist echt super mit Liebe gestaltet. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist eine AUGENWEIDE. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind eine glatte 1+. Das waren super 14 Tage.
Séjour très agréable : même si la maison est un peu éloignée, vous passerez de superbes vacances. Tout était parfait, je recommande vivement.

Kostas was a great host, very friendly and on hand for whatever you needed. If you want to escape from life's stress and worries, being here couldn't be more relaxing.

Es waren traumhaft schöne Tage in Chortata. Ganz besonderer Dank gilt der guten Seele, Kostas!!! Er lebt vor Ort, ist immer ansprechbar und kümmert sich um alles. Allein er hat besonders 5 Sterne verdient. Traumhafte, ruhige Lage. Ein Auto ist ein Muss. Hiermit hat man die schönsten Strände in rund 20-30 Minuten erreicht. Vielen Dank für alles!!!
Tolle Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht,nur die Matratzen waren für uns viel zu hart.Kostas war auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Everything was very good. Mr. Costas from the accommodation, a special man. Villa Terina is as described. clean, equipped, and the pool something to dream about
Kostas was amazing and did everything he could to help us enjoy our stay. The villa was central and it was easy to get to beaches on the best side of the island.

We really enjoyed our time at Villa Terina. Amazing sunsets, great set up for a family of 5. Pool was great. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Terina. The only drawback was that our Vodophone cell phones had no reception but the Wifi worked perfect and we could make app calls. 10 out of 10 got our family 🎉🎉🎉🎉. Wish we could have stayed longer. Wir hatten schöne zwei Wochen in der Villa Terina mit unseren beiden Kindern (4 und 10 Monate)! Der Pool und der Ausblick haben uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Küchenausstattung war ein bisschen spartanisch, aber wenn man ein wenig improvisiert, ist es kein Problem. Die Kommunikation mit Anna war herausragend! Sie hat immer schnell geantwortet und war sehr sehr nett. Sie hat uns geholfen, ein Boot zu mieten und als unsere Tochter über Ohrenschmerzen klagte, bot sie uns direkt Hilfe an! Vielen Dank nochmals dafür!
We enjoyed our stay at villa Terina very much. Perfect view, nice inside, the owner built it himself with obviously a lot knowledge. It's cool enough inside even without using the air conditioning. We had a wonderful time in the villa on Lefkada island! Both the villa and the surrounding area including the pool were absolutely amazing and we would love to come back any time! Anna also gave us very valuable advise upfront, which helped us to plan our trip. Check-in was smooth and we directly felt like home. Highly recommendable!
Lovely Villa, cleaned daily with was fantastic. Gorgeous views and comfy home. Further out so a car is a necessity. Lefkada is beautiful island I would definitely come again.

The villa is a beautiful place for a relaxing holiday. It has everthing for a restful vacation. Everyone is friendly and helpful, the villa is clean and all the essential is aviable. Especially the full view of the sunset from the patio is absolut gorgeous! Additional many thx to our host Anna, who supported us with a lot of tips so that we could explore the island even further! I would definitely recommend it to everyone who's visiting Lefkada!
To był nasz drugi pobyt w tym miejscu. Tak jak za pierwszym razem wszystko było super. Świetne miejsce do odpoczynku z daleka od zgiełku i hałasu. Dom czysty i zadbany. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia oraz wszystkie inne udogodnienia w domu. Właściciel (Kostas) bardzo miły i kontaktowy.
Our Villa was a cosy maisonette house. From the terrace with your private(!) pool you have a fascinating view over the Ionian sea and into the sunset. In the beautiful house you won't miss anything. Perfect stay!

Ruhig und idyllisch, unweit von den top Stränden der Insel. Das Haus ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gut hat uns der Pool gefallen. Ruhige Lage. Ein kleines Dorf mit Minimarkt und Tavernen ist in 5 Autominuten zu erreichen.
