"Mediterraneo Home" villas with private pool by the sea

The "Mediterraneo Home" is a family-based hotel business established in 2006 by Kostas Vrettos family. Our 2 identical villas are located in a coastal land of 2.500 sq.m. at Episkopos, a non-urban area full of olive trees and orchards. They are designed in a clever way with modern aesthetics and open-plan living areas. Each villa can host up to 7 guests in a comfy way.

The open-plan design of the living areas creates a spacious ground-floor. There, you will find the common areas: living room with a fireplace, dining room, kitchen totally equipped, WC with shower and a small, single bedroom.

On the first-floor there are two en-suite double bedrooms, one with bathtub Jacuzzi and the other with hydro-massage column. From the verandas you can enjoy the marvellous views to the sea and feel the refreshing breeze.

Each villa is also provided with a garage, a large garden and a private swimming pool ideal for moments of relaxation. Last but not least, our guests have access to a private beach, equipped with sunbeds.

We take personal care of the villas on a daily basis so we are always at your disposal whenever you need something.

The rates are considered as base rates and are applied for bookings up to 5 guests. There is an extra fee of 15 euros/night for every additional guest (max. 2 extra guests).

For season 2025 there is a climate resilience tax of 15€/night, paid upon arrival and separately from the rental.

For every booking a deposit equal to 30% of the total rental is required via bank transfer. The balance is paid upon arrival either via credit/debit card or via bank transfer or in cash.

The deposit is refundable as long as the booking is canceled not later than 60 days before the arrival date. In any other case the deposit remains at the disposal of the Mediterraneo Home villas.
