Villa Kiparissi in Agios Nikitas: Serene beauty in nature's embrace

Ground floor: An open plan living, dining, kitchen area (with full cooking facilities). The living area has a fireplace, and French windows that open onto a large verandah with patio furniture. 1 twin bedroom, ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi and French windows open onto a terrace.

First floor: An open staircase up to 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with tub and 1 storage area for suitcases.

OUTSIDE
An asphalt drive leads up from the village of Agios Nikitas to the villas Olea, Kiparissi and Thalia. Situated on different levels, natural stone walls, olive trees, shrubs, climbers and cacti surround each villa to create privacy.
Villa Kiparissi has parking space, private swimming pool (9m x 4m, 0,95 - 2 m depth) with patio and furniture, and it also has a verandah with patio furniture, a cloam oven and a BBQ.

The steep private driveway winds its way up through the olive groves and ends at these three villas. Villa Kiparissi is the middle one and has always remained popular with families because the large varandah over-looks the swimming pool and parents can keep an eye on their children. There are steps from the verandah down to the swimming pool. A natural stone patio and terrace surrounds the pool and there are sunbeds beside the pool to relax. On a balmy evening, it is good fun to cook supper in the cloam oven raiding the gardens for herbs. The flavor of roasted meat or vegetables are far more intense from the cloam oven than anything that comes out of an electric oven.
Groceries and tavernas can be found in the village of Agios Nikitas just a 5-minute drive down through the valley. There is also a lovely bay and beach at the end of the thoroughfare , safe for children to play and swim. For anyone who enjoys walking, there are a few agricultural trucks to follow with lovely views, wildlife and a beach at the end for a refreshing swim. Alternatively, other beaches are within a 10-minute drive.

Prices are in euros per week including all taxes, cleaning and linen (once a week, including changeover day), pool cleaning, gardening, and internet.

Electricity is free up to 80 kWh / week. More than 80 kWh the cost is 0.45 euros / kWh.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED: One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib.

One older child or adult is charged EUR 18 per person per night in an extra bed.
The maximum number of extra beds is 1.
The maximum number of children's cots/cribs is 1.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Children may use the children pool at the big shared pool of Agios Nikitas Villas
