The main house, all on one level and spanning 110 m², features three inviting bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, a spacious living area, and a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Complementing the main residence is a charming 35 m² pavilion with its own terrace, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and toilet perfect for families seeking additional space and privacy.

The villa is set on a secure, enclosed 4,000 m² property with an automatic gate. Outdoor living is a highlight here, with a stunning 10-meter infinity pool overlooking the sea, complete with deckchairs and umbrellas for relaxing under the sun. The spacious terrace includes a dining area and a summer kitchen under a pergola, equipped with a refrigerator and barbecue.

Additional amenities include plenty of parking lots for vehicles, reliable Wi-Fi(Starlink), and air conditioning throughout the property. A washing machine and clothes rack are available for guest use in a secure, covered storehouse. Household and pool linens are provided to ensure a comfortable and carefree stay.

Villa Ariel is ideally located—just 650 meters from the main road via a scenic, paved route and 3 km from the charming fishing port of Sivota, where guests can enjoy traditional taverns, restaurants, bars, bakeries, and mini-markets. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

***Starting from January 2025 the Greek government has implemented a climate tax of 15€ per night.This tax is not included in the price and it's payable on arrival in cash ***

BOOKING DEPOSIT & PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE

A deposit of 30% of the total holiday rental cost must be paid by you in order to secure the reservation. No obligation from the property owner or us will exist until we have received this amount in full. The balance must be paid in cash upon arrival or at least six (6) weeks before your arrival. If the amount is not received by us on the agreed time frame, we are entitled to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your booking, then we shall be entitled to the following percentage of the holiday cost:

• Cancellation more than 60 days before the arrival date, we keep 3% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation between 60 days and 42 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 42 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.
• The required cost has not been deposited, we have the right to cancel your booking.
