Villa Ariel features a single-story main house of 110 m² with three cozy bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen (including an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, and dishwasher). Complementing the main house is a charming 35 m² pavilion with its own terrace, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, and a small children's area—ideal for families seeking additional privacy.

The property spans a generous 4000 m², enclosed and secured with an automatic gate. For leisure, guests can indulge in the villa’s 10-meter infinity pool, complete with deckchairs and umbrellas, offering panoramic sea views. The outdoor space is thoughtfully designed with a large terrace, a dining area, a summer kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, and barbecue under a pergola, and an exterior bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Additional amenities include a covered shelter for two cars and another for taller vehicles, a pool room with a washing machine and clothes rack, and reliable Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the property. Household and pool linens are provided to ensure a comfortable stay.

Villa Ariel’s location is both convenient and picturesque. Just 650 meters from the main road via a scenic paved route, it is only 3 km from the charming fishing port of Sivota, known for its Greek taverns, restaurants, bars, bakeries, and mini-markets. A larger supermarket is located 4 km away.The villa serves as a perfect base for exploring the island’s traditional villages and mountainous trails.

A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

***Starting from January 2025 the Greek government has implemented a climate tax of 15€ per night.This tax is not included in the price and it's payable on arrival in cash ***

BOOKING DEPOSIT & PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE

A deposit of 30% of the total holiday rental cost must be paid by you in order to secure the reservation. No obligation from the property owner or us will exist until we have received this amount in full. The balance must be paid in cash upon arrival or at least six (6) weeks before your arrival. If the amount is not received by us on the agreed time frame, we are entitled to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your booking, then we shall be entitled to the following percentage of the holiday cost:

• Cancellation more than 60 days before the arrival date, we keep 3% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation between 60 days and 42 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 42 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.
• The required cost has not been deposited, we have the right to cancel your booking.
