The Villa, located in Kalamitsi village, is a one-story one floor plan villa. The concept was to create a villa with incredible views by any angle and with no stairs! Whether you are lying on your bed or sitting on the couch or cooking a meal, the view will be always there for you to watch!
We are located in a plot with panoramic views and the most amazing sunset views.

The villa has absolute privacy since the area has no neighbor buildings, but the village of Kalamitsi is on walking distance in case you need to socialize, grab a coffee or dine.
