The penthouse comfortable sleeps 9 adults , devised of 4 double bedrooms 3 bathroom.
The penthouse is perfect for a large family or group of friends looking for a stylish and comfortable accommodation with great outside space and privacy with the advantage of the close proximity to the beach and all the amenities on offer in Lefkada town.
This suite has been tastefully decorated and consists of a large open plan spacious comfortably furnished lounge/open plan well equipped kitchen.
From the lounge there are 2 patio doors leading out onto a large private balcony/patio area which is perfect for relaxing. This is an ideal space for an evening aperitif and meze with family and friends with great views over the pool, garden and distant seaviews.
Two of the double bedrooms are located off the main living area, the first double room has an ensuite bathroom, this room can be prepared as a twin, or triple, or king size depending on your requirements.And the 2nd double has a separate private bathroom. A door off the kitchen leads into a small hallway and here you will find the The 2 double bedrooms both of which share a bathroom.
A bakery and mini-market are located just 400meters from the apartment
and a 12 minute walk away you will find Lefkas Town, with a diversity
of shops and restaurants. The beautiful beach of Aghios Ioannis is
also only a 1,300m from the apartments. Aghios Ioannis is
one of the most famous beaches for windsurfing and kite surfing in the
Mediterranean. But you can also find lovely quiet spots along this beach.

I booked Lefkas Blue after friends recommended we stay there. We just wanted a quiet week away from it all. The apartments were spotless, nicely decorated and well equipped. Lovely restaurants within a 10 minute stroll and the locals were very charming. Great location, great holiday
