Our Villas are situated in the picturesque village of Lazarata, which is only 9 km away from Lefkas City.
Lazarata village is located in the center of the island making easier the access to the famous beaches.
What makes this village extremely idyllic is the unique combination of mountain and island breeze.
All villas have been decorated with care and love and are an ideal destination for relaxation and calmness.
Visitors can reach the island by car as Lefkas is connected to the mainland by a floating bridge (4h from Athens).

Moreover, ferries connect Lefkas with the rest Ionian Islands.

Lastly, there is an access by air as flights from different countries/cities reach AKTION AIRPORT during the summer.

Lazarata village is only 4 km away from the traditional village of Karia and 5 km away from the picturesque village of Agios Nikitas. In a small distance there are some of the most beautiful beaches of the island (Pefkoulia, Mili, kathisma) and a little farer are Egremni and Porto Katsiki beaches.

At the square of Lazarata, there are traditional taverns, supermarket and bakery for the daily needs.

Plenty of cultural events are taking place, especially during the summer.

• FOLKLORE FESTIVAL
Is taking place every year around the middle of August and lasts 10 days. Folklore festival is some kind of dance competition between groups from all over the world.

• VARKAROLA (VARKA=BOAT)
Musicians and singers in boats, cross the canal in the Lefkas town offering a great show. This event is organized within the first ten days of August.

• REPRESENTATION OF TRADITIONAL WEDDING OF KARIA
At Karia village during July is organized the representation of traditional wedding, making the local people to remember their tradition and the visitors to be informed about this custom of the past.

• RIGANADA FEAST (RIGANI=OREGANO)
Is taking place at the square Karia in the middle of July. Fresh oregano, sardines, tomato, garlic, wine and an orchestra, create a special traditional night.

• LENTIL FEAST
This feast is organized at Eglouvi village in August. Lentils from Eglouvi are famous for their beautiful taste. During the feast the local people offer to the visitors lentils, sardines, olives and wine while an orchestra playing traditional music.
