The ‘’Alseides Villas’’ complex consists of two beautiful stone-made villas, Villa Aelia and Villa Daria.
Villa Daria is a wonderful villa with a private swimming pool, into the nature to the village Chortata Lefkada and with amazing view towards Ionian sea and the unique Greek sunset.
The Villa is built entirely from stone with unique architectural design, in two-level (maisonettes) and provides two bedrooms, two bathrooms, Jacuzzi tubes , fully equipped kitchen ,dining room, furnished veranda and wireless internet. It also provides washing machine ,iron and ironing board for clothes, air condition, Tvs last of technology ,satellite Tv and DVD player.
Outdoors, in swimming pool there are sunbeds and umbrellas in which you can relax enjoying the wonderful view.

The distance from beautiful beach ‘’Kathisma’’ is only 7km ,13km from prizewinning beach ‘’Egremnoi ‘’ as 15km from famous in the whole world ‘’Porto Katsiki ’’ .
The distance from bay of Vasilikis is 14km but it’s 33km away from the airport of Aktio.
