The bright living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a large fridge, and a washing machine, ensuring a convenient and comfortable stay. All rooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, and the villa also includes three smart TVs. The entire property is fenced off and offers two private parking spaces.

Guests can enjoy stunning sea views from the terrace and balcony, relax by the private pool equipped with a professional swimming nozzle, or unwind in the outdoor stone seating area/patio with cosy pillows. The garden is beautifully planted with olive, orange, and lemon trees.

The villa’s location also makes it an ideal starting point for exploring the famous beaches of Lefkada or taking a ferry trip to the picturesque village of Fiskardo on the island of Kefalonia.
