• Cancellation more than 120 days before the arrival date, we keep 10% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation between 120 days and 60 days before the arrival date, we keep 50% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation between 60 days and 30 days before the arrival date, we keep 75% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 30 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.
When you arrive at Cape Villa you are immediately impressed with the most incredible view of the bay and hills. We regularly used the private access to the sea for a swim or to snorkel. The beds are all very comfortable and the local representative was incredibly helpful and communicative and cleaned the villa perfectly throughout our stay. Thank-you for a fantastic holiday.

The villa is really magnificent! Interior, views, facilities, athmosphrre...everything was perfect. It is ideal for big family as ours, especially with grown up kids who are interested in surfing as it is ideally located close to surf spot. Also it is good to share it with friends as there is plenty of space. The staff is very friendly, helpful and takes care of everything. It is very clean and very well equipped. Great experience, we are coming next summer for sure😊
