Accommodation (100m²)

Entrance level: Entering the villa, the main entrance level has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area has a ffireplaceand French windows that open onto a wide canopy balcony to the sea views. The dining area has French windows open onto the large swimming pool terrace. Next to the kitchen are the stairs leading up to the attic and down to the bedrooms .There is also one bathroom with shower in common use for this floor and the attic.

Bedroom level: A staircase eads down to one double bedroom, with en-suite spacious bathroom, leading to the big open terrace and one twin bedded room, leading to the same open terrace, next to another bathroom with shower. 

Attic level: From the ground floor staircase leading up to the attic, as a third bedroom with two single beds.

Outside
An asphalt drive leads up from the village of Agios Nikitas to the villas. Situated on two different levels, natural stone walls, olive and cypress trees, shrubs, thymes, sages and climbers surround each villa to create privacy.

The villa sits on the first level out of the two. The villa has it's own parking space, a private swimming pool with patio, outdoor furniture and a BBQ. Also, it has uninterrupted sea & sunset views, a shady umbrella to sit under and relax enjoying fresh coffee with breakfast whilst overlooking this view, and listening to the birds of prey "mewing" in the background above the hills. Is perfect! At lunchtime, a refreshing cool breeze arrives and dies down just as the sun is about to set.

-Minimum stay one week or upon availability.
-Prices are in euros per week including all taxes, cleaning and linen (once a week, in the changeover day), pool cleaning, gardening, and -Wi-Fi internet.
-One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib.
-One older child or adult can sleep on the sofa bed.
-The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1.
-Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the management.
-Electricity is free up to 80 kWh / week. More than 80 kWh the cost is 0.45 Euros / kWh.
-Extra cleaning and linen is upon request.
-Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during the stay.

Pets are allowed on request. 50 euros extra charge.
