Traditional Cosy House only 500m from Ai Giannis surfers paradise beach

Our House is located 2 km away from the center of Lefkada and only 3 minutes drive from the amazing Ai Giannis Beach.
Ai Giannis Beach is within a walking distance of 500 m and is one of the most famous European spots for wind and kitesurfing!

This traditional residence is located in a yard surrounded by nature and especially by the caracteristic silver-leaf ancient olive trees of Lefkada.
The house was built from local craftsmen focused on wood and stone as their primary elements so it can let out this sensation of traditional but with all modern comforts!

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with an open small but fully equipped rustique kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom! There is also a mezzanine floor/attic that has another spacious bedroom.
From the living room and the ground floor bedroom you can have an easy access to the back of the house that has a big outside traditional BBQ, stone-BBQ-oven and a large dining table for you to relax.
The kids can play in safety all around the area and yard and there is a parking area in front of the house.
It is ideal for couples and for families who want a relaxing vacation in a homy environment.
The hosts are willing to help you in everything you might need and often they offer vegetables and fruits from their garden as well as fresh daily eggs!.
