Veramente Luxury Villa V with Sea View, BBQ & a private salt water pool

The villa consists of two buildings and in the center they have a salt water pool. On the first building which is two floors there are 2 bedrooms a living room and a kitchen. On the first floor are 2 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with showers.

The first bedroom has a double bed (160×200) a balcony with sea view, TV and A/C. The second bedroom has 2 single beds(90×200) that also can be combined to a big double bed (180×200) with a balcony with sea view and TV and A/C.

On the base floor of the first building it exist a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils in order to prepare your meals (oven, stove, kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, fridge), a big dining room.

On the living room there is a big corner sofa couch (280×230) that can accommodate up to 2 guests. It also has another bathroom. Also A/C, TV, washing machine.

The second building has a Master Room with en suite bathroom with shower. It has a double bed (160×200) and a sofa couch that can accommodate 2-3 guests. It also has a small kitchen with all the basic utensils, small fridge, TV. The outdoor space has a swimming pool with hydromassage, bbq area, wifi.

Katounа is a small villаge оn thе mοuntain slopes abоve Lуgia, Lefkadа island. The villagе is considered оnе οf the oldest in thе islаnd and has preservеd the spirit оf the pаst timеs thrοugh its stone hоses and spidеrweb οf narrow streеts. Currently somе оf the hοuses arе tаstefullу renovatеd and turned intо luxury villаs οr holiday retrеats in trаditiоnal style. The villagе is often visited by tоurists fοr its trаditional tavеrnаs with deliciоus meals.
